The "Simple" Sam, Part 2

         Z and Jack are joined by the other three rangers, and they begin to fight the Orangehead together. During the fight, however, Bugglesworth takes Sam away. But before Sam leaves, he teleports Z, Jack, and the Orangehead away. They reappear on the edge of a cliff, and after almost falling, continue fighting each other. The rangers escape.

         In the spaceship, Mora tries to befriend Sam and tells him to help lure Z out so that Mora can make her into a doll. Sam agrees...after she begs. In the SPD Academy, Z shares her source of empathy for Sam--when she was 12, she was picked on for being different. After almost being attacked by a monster, a mysterious figure saved her. Commander Cruger reveals himself to be that mysterious figure that saved Z many years ago, and tells the rangers some revealing information. In 2001, the rangers' parents worked at SPD undercover. They were working on the powers the rangers use today, but after being exposed to the cellular enhancers for too long, their genes were altered. The rangers say that their parents didn't work there, and that they had other real jobs. Cruger says that they kept it a secret to protect their identities--until now. Sam is the last child of the genetically altered SPD workers.

         The rangers head out to find Sam, and Z is successful. She finally befriends him, but Bugglesworth ruins it by transforming her into a doll. Sam runs and runs, but then finds himself bumping into Z! It turns out the newly-transformed doll was, in fact, a copy of Z. Their second meeting is ruined when an Orangehead, Krybots, and Bugglesworth surrounds the rangers. The other four rangers meet up and help Z fight the villains--but not before the Orangehead makes a Bluehead appear.

         They all fight, and the Orangehead and Bluehead are destroyed. Bugglesworth, however, reappears in his zord. The rangers call on the Delta Squad Megazord and destroy it. They exit the zords and begin to judge Bugglesworth. He is found guilty of stealing buildings, turning humans into dolls, and child endangerment. After being confined, all of the dolls transform back into humans. Later, the rangers invite Sam to stay at the SPD Academy, and give him a bike as a welcoming gift. He thanks the rangers heads out of the room to his new group of friends.
