So RIC wants to play fetch, but Sky only wants to do work and ignores him. Jack exchanges words with him about how he only works and doesn't have fun at all, so Jack throws the ball and RIC fetches it. But strangely, RIC brings the ball back to Sky, and Jack wonders why he always does that. Their exchanging of words is cut short when an escaped criminal, Wutox, is attacking in a robot. The rangers gear up and fight, and end up taking him into custody after he tries to escape but is intercepted by the Delta Command Megazord.
Sky brings Wutox to his holding cell when he attacks and ends up switching their bodies. Sky, in Wutox's body, is thrown in the cell. Wutox, in Sky's body, begins to cause a little trouble in the Delta Base. His goal is to find the control room of the Delta Command Megazord to destroy the world. During his trouble-causings, Sky escapes from the holding cell, but the rangers attack him and try to take him down. Sky continues to escape, but the rangers continue to try to fight him. Later, Wutox wanders into the command room where it is just Kat and RIC. Sky shoots RIC down and attacks Sky, but Cruger intercepts and the two fight--this is when Wutox says they've switched bodies. Wutox morphs into SPD Blue and the two fight. Cruger is thrown over a balcony and onto the lower level. Wutox (as Sky) uses this to his advantage and heads for the controls.
Outside the Delta Base, the rangers see Sky (as Wutox) running towards them. When they try to fight him, he races past them and enters the Delta Base--however, the Delta Base begins to transform, so the other rangers are locked out, left to think that it is "Wutox" who started transforming it. Inside, cadets are being thrown around for not receiving a warning to the base's transformation. Sky races to the control room and confronts his morphed form. The two fight and end up getting knocked out of the base. When the rangers try to fight Wutox (who is really Sky) Cruger stops them and tells them that the two have switched bodies. However, Sky (who is really Wutox) claims that he was switched back. Oh, did I mention that nobody can understand Wutox (who is really Sky) because Wutox (before he switched bodies) destroyed the translator? Anyway, Jack uses RIC and fetches a ball to see who he brings it to. Surprise surprise, he brings it to the monster (who is really Sky). Wutox (who is really Sky) grabs Sky (who is really Wutox) and forces them to switch back. When they are switched back, Sky (who is really Sky) morphs and helps the rangers put Wutox (who is really Wutox) into a containment card.
Later that day, Sky (who is really...just kidding) plays fetch with RIC. Sky and Bridge exchange some words which ends with RIC unnecessarily crashing into the wall and the two run out of the room...for some reason. Probably to have gay sex.
