This was the first monster created by Mora. It was able to pilot its Drill Machine and rampage through the city. It was found guilty in judgement mode and transported into a confinement card.

As a member of Gruumm's army, he was used to destroy the city. Later, he was used to divert the rangers away from the diamonds for Krybots to steal and use for fuel for his machine.

As a lone alien, he was given a formula from Piggy to transform humans into slime. He tried to use it on Piggy, but it turned out to be a fake formula. He then made the real trade with Piggy, and gave him some rotten eggs for the actual formula. He then joined Gruumm's army to continue his wrath, taking human after human and transforming them into slime, and then storing his captives in an underground layer. His layer was discovered by Syd, however, and he began to attack her. Later, he was defeated and taken into custody by the SPD Rangers after being the first alien struck by the Canine Cannon.

T-Top

Identified as “Trilondonion” and nicknamed as “T-Top”, he was a bounty hunter who followed Hydrax from the planet Fernovia. He was sent to investigate this bank robber and to stop the crimes she was committing. However, being in many wrong places at many wrong times, he was assumed to be the bank robber by the SPD Rangers. After many fights, the rangers found out his true mission, and he was not charged with robbing the banks. However, he was charged with causing many disturbances on Earth, and was sent packing with Hydrax back to his home planet, never allowed to return on Earth.

Diane/Hydrax

This Fernovian alien was on a spree of bank robbing. In order to get T-Top and the SPD Rangers off of her tail, Broodwing helped her frame T-Top as the bank robber. Hydrax even impersonated herself as a human in order to win over the SPD Rangers and frame T-Top as the notorious bank robber. Bridge led himself through a series of investigations which finally led him to believe she was guilty. By throwing a car at her, she transformed into her alien form to save herself. This proved to the other rangers that she wasn’t in fact a human, and that she was really the bank robber. She was found guilty and is now trapped in a confinement card.

He has the powers to transform humans into dolls and collect them for Mora. He tried to win over Sam, a little boy, and use him to help further Mora’s doll collection. He's now in a confinement card.

Dru of Tangar

Drew grew up as Sky's friend, and the two trained at SPD Academy. A symbol of their friendship was a metal coil from Drew's home planet, Tangar. Drew was transfered to the Nebula academy to complete his training, and was sent on a mission when he was classified as missing in action for over a year. He recently crashed on Earth, and became friends with Sky again, but Jack didn't take a liking to him. It turns out that Broodwing paid him to kill Cruger, and he agreed. His true Tangarian form was shown in a series of battles. He shot Cruger who was in critical condition, and he was later arrested by Sky.

He escaped from a satellite prison on KO-35 & went to earth in search of his former lab partner, Dr. Rheas who hid the activator of his demagnatrons, which neutralizes robots. He's re-imprisoned.

When Morgana first visited Earth, she was looking for a way to destroy the SPD Rangers. When she destroyed them, she would be transformed back into Mora. In order to do this, she was introduced to Tomars via Piggy. Tomars used his laptop to teleport Sky and Jack to various locations on Earth. He also teleported Piggy to a field of sheep when testing it out. When his plans to destroy Jack and Sky were foiled by Boom, he tried to escape and teleport to SPD, but the link was broken, and Tomars is still out in space somewhere...

Wutox switched bodies with Sky to take over the Delta Command Megazord and use it to destroy earth. His plans were foiled and he lays captured in a containment card.

Said to be the second most wanted criminal, Shorty was hired by Morgana to help destroy the SPD Rangers. He came very close when battling with Morgana and Devastation. He was even a worthy opponent against Shadow Ranger, himself. He was able to grow into a zord-sized form to fight the megazord. Eventually, he was destroyed by the Omega Ranger, showing that future SPD shows no mercy.
