Kramer is the definition of an excentric person. As George and many others have said, "It's like he's living in a fantasy world." He has sex without being in a relationship and he has money even though he doesn't work. What more can you ask for?

Kramer is unemployed although he did have a brief job at H & H bagels (went on strike). What of his most memorable moments on the show was when he punched Mickey Mantle, his idol.

Kramer lives right across the hall from Jerry. Perhaps the reason that he doesn't have to work is because he basically eats everything from Jerry's refrigerator. He is very famous for his entries into Jerry's apartment in the beginning of each episode.

He is just a hillarious character though. It's hard to look at him without laughing. He's just got that funny quality about him. His facial expressions and the noises he makes will have you rolling on the floor.
