Beta readers are people who help to edit your work. They will help with a variety of things including, grammar, spelling and characterisation. The people listed here are keen Willow and Xander 'shippers and will be more than happy to beta read your work.
Remember the key to good writing is editing and re-editing your work, checking spelling and coherence. Often this is hard to do by yourself, someone else's opinion will offer a different perspective and will help to improve your work.
Beta readers give their free time to help writers, please remember to be courteous and polite. You do not have to agree with their suggestions, but constructive criticism is a useful writing tool, just like your spell checker or dictionary.
