Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald blast his favorite song as he cursed down the freeway, 120 mph. This was the life. His $130,000 brand new black BMW Z8, that he had received as a gift from his ex, Tracy, was a true, how do you say, babe-magnet. Oh, what delicious irony. He had received this car from his long time, well 6 months anyway, girlfriend, and here he was looking for a new one in the very vehicle that she’d given him.
Tracy, Tracy, that name brought back surprisingly good, sexy memories. Oh, she had been a wild one. Yes, Luis could remember the very day, his 27th birthday to be exact, that she had greeted him in her birthday suit, in this car. They had really christened it that day, or at least the hood.
Luis could just sense the smile creep on his face thinking of their many erotic adventures. He admitted to himself that he would miss her, a little. Definitely not enough to go back to her. He was on a mission. He would have to find a new girlfriend. He was entirely too tired of his old one, of his old ones.
Was he a player? One could say that. Did he enjoy playing? Hell, yes.
Was he a user? Maybe. Did he use? Yes.
Luis refused to change for anyone. Oh, no. He had far too much to gain to ever quit. Why the hell would he quit, anyway? Women loved him and he loved their money. Hey, it’s not like he wasn’t being used too. They used him as their trophy boyfriend. Someone to flaunt around their snobby, rich, elitist colleagues. He didn’t mind though. That just guaranteed him more action, more money, and more women.
It’s not like they weren’t getting something in return. Look at him. They should be paying just to have him near them. He was a great catch. Intelligent, witty, handsome, funny, rich, and sexy as hell. Oh, and how could he forget how wonderful he was in bed. Yes, he had the girls screaming his name all night and begging for more. What more could you ask for in a man? Nothing. He was perfect! Perfection in its most delectable way, the male form.
Was he full of himself? Maybe. Did he have a right to be? Hell, Yeah.
Right now, he was out searching for his next target, his next prey, his next girlfriend. Luis was looking for something new, today. Something he’d never experienced. Someone who’d never had the privilege of experiencing him. Oh, who would be the lucky lady? Who would be the worthy woman?
Sure, Luis had enjoyed every kind of woman you could think of. He was no whore though. He didn’t sleep with every woman he hooked up with. He didn’t need to. They gave him everything he wanted anyway. All he had to do was be with them, spend time with them, just be good company. Indeed, he did entertain them once in a while. But, that only involved some light dancing or some lascivious talk. Of course, occasionally he loved to experience them, some were just to tasty to pass up.
He had certainly made his millions because of his GREAT looks and winning personality. But, he had so much more to offer. There was definitely a side of him that no one ever saw, hell he hadn’t even seen it. He was sure it was there though. Luis just needed someone who could unleash it.
Luis pulled up to the country club. Yes, this had been the place of all his dealings. He had met his big scores here. His most prized women. And, most importantly, here had been the place where it had all started. The place where he’d first decided to become a. . . . A paramour, for lack of a better word.
Did he have a job? Yes. What did he do? He was a Playboy. A Million Dollar Playboy.
Seriously, though, he was very well educated. He most often moonlighted as a high- priced lawyer. But, his heart was always with the women, the money. Yes, they were his strong point, his forte. The Ladies were wonderful. They paid for his beautiful house on the hills, his sexy, yes, his sexy car, his baby, his BMW Z8. It was clearly his pride and joy and he would do anything for her. Christine, he called her. Yes, divine, wonderful, unmistakably, Christine.
Luis opened his door and gently shut it, as not to disturb Christine. He had to keep her beautiful forever. Beep Beep. He heard his car alarm sound as he confidently strolled to the country club’s backyard. It was a gorgeous day and the perfect day to get a peek at the new prey. His new dames.
Luis took a seat at one of the more secluded tables. He purposely sat where he could see and judge everyone who walked in, but they wouldn’t see him. Of course, he knew he was denying them the exquisite pleasure of catching a glimpse of him, but hey, he needed to check out the selection.
Here they come. Luis began his evaluation. Too old. Too young. Too. . . . too. . . just no. Too skinny. . . Too happy. . . Too butch. . . Too. . . . too . . . Hey, this one was perfect.
Tall, tanned, and stunning. Woah, and evidently she thought her husband was too. Luis knew he could get her if he wanted to, though. Married women were the most attracted to him. He never went after them, they always did that for him. Though, Luis could pride himself on the fact that he’d never taken a married woman to bed. There was no harm in an occasional lunch though, right?
He continued to survey the premises as more hopefuls stepped onto the club’s patio. Well, she was a pretty one. Too bad she didn’t have enough curves. Not nearly adequate enough to satisfy Luis’ lust for the feminine physique. But, her friend. Damn. She definitely fit the bill.
She had an air about her that just screamed sex appeal. Just screamed, Luis come take me, make me yours. That was the plan. He had chosen one. He had his next prey all searched out and he was hungry for the hunt. Oh, this would be fun. She looked like a challenge. Not at all like the usual ditsy girls he mostly went after. She looked like she’d give him a hard time, and he couldn’t wait. She had just better be worth the chase, when he finally caught her. She would be, he knew it.
**********************************
Sheridan Crane sauntered over to the patio of the country club. Oh, why had she agreed to do this. That’s right! Her best friend, Gwen, had practically dragged her here in search of a new man. Gwen had recently broken up with her long time love, Ethan Crane, AKA Sheridan’s nephew. She was on the rebound, ready to pounce on the next man who glanced her way.
Sher, on the other hand, had given up on guys. Curse them, curse them all. She’d been hurt so many times, that lesbianism was starting to look more and more appealing. No, maybe not. Women definitely were missing something that Sheridan wouldn’t be giving up anytime soon.
She looked beyond the club’s patio and spotted the car that had had the audacity to park in her reserved spot. Yeah, it was a BMW Z8, if she wasn’t mistaken. The owner of that car must have thought they were hot stuff, because her name had clearly marked her parking space. It was a beautiful car, though. Sher had secretly admitted to herself. It was even more brilliant then the $90,000 Panoz Esperante she’d gotten from her father for her 25th birthday.
She’d have to find out who’d taken up her spot and report them. Of course, she had to see whom it was first. She’d be damned if she reported someone “important” from the club and got kicked out. Personally, she didn’t give a fly’s ass if she got thrown out, that would be a welcomed event. But, her father, oh, he would not tolerate that.
Sheridan had to confess that she was tired of the elitist atmosphere and she needed a way out. Maybe she would find herself a “bad boy” and hightail it to Arizona or something. No, she’d just learn to live with her life. After all, things could be a lot worse. Besides, the “bad boy” types were most likely to ransom her the second they found out that her father was a billion or something-aire. She’d lost count a couple 100 billions ago.
Oh, well, she’d enjoy herself now. There was no sense in moping.
“You checking out my car?” Sheridan felt a warm breath caress her cheek that sent chills down her spine. A sexy, low masculine voice danced in her ear, but made her want to scream at the same time.
“So your the son-of-a-bitch that parked in my spot? Who the hell do. . . .” She was silenced by the most sensual kiss she’d ever received. But she wasn’t about to admit that to him. Sher pulled away from this man’s enchanting lips and slapped him across the face.
“Ow! What the hell you do that for?” Luis cried as the worst stinging crept over his cheek. Damn. Was this woman really worth the trouble? Hell, yes. He looked into her fiery blue eyes and knew this was love, or lust anyway.
“Why do you think I did it?” Sher glared at this tall, dark and sexy man. Oh, if she wasn’t so damn angry at him, she could’ve continued that kiss forever.
“Don’t you ever,” she began heatedly, “place your lips on mine, without my consent. Who do you think you are, anyway?”
“Luis Lopez-Fiztgerald. You must be Sheridan Crane. Nice to meet you.”
“I wish I could say the same.”
“Oh, you’re a feisty one. I think I’m in love.”
“I think you’d better get out of my face before your face has another meeting with my hand.”
“I’m sure, my face would much rather have a meeting with other parts of your anatomy.” Luis’ gaze swept over Sher’s body and he could have sworn he’d caused a hint of a shiver. Maybe, this wouldn’t be as hard as he’d originally thought. Plan “Seduce Sher” was in effect.
Song mentioned: “For the Love of Money” by the O’Jays It’s an oldie but goodie! LOL
Luis rested on a patio chair as his gaze wandered to the woman who had invaded his thoughts for the last week. Sheridan Marie Crane. He didn’t know if that was her middle name, but he liked it nonetheless. She’d be Sheridan Marie Crane to him, until he found out her real name.
He watched, as he stretched across the country club’s comfortable backyard seat. He watched her run. He watched her hit. He watched Sheridan’s every graceful move across the tennis court. She was gorgeous, beautiful, and oh, how much he wanted her.
Luis had even surprised himself. He wanted her bad, so much more than he’d ever desired anyone. He craved her mind, body and money. Yes, those hateful banters, she seemed to regard as arguments were just the tip of the iceberg. Her willingness to deny their obvious, to him anyway, attraction, was one of the many things that kept him hungry for more. More of her. He would get her though, only a matter of time. Time that he had plenty of.
* * * * * * * * * * * *
There he was. The object of her. . . . Affection? No. Hate? Maybe. Frustrations? Bingo! We have a winner. That was one infuriating man.
Sheridan did have to admit though, that she enjoyed the attention that he bestowed upon her. His heated gazes and witty comebacks to everything she said was quite bewitching. He was a challenge and he was fun! She didn’t care to confess but his cockiness was rather sexy and it turned her on to no end.
Damn him.
She didn’t feel like being infatuated with anyone. She didn’t want to have to steer clear, to avoid anyone. But, him, hmm, she might have to start. Sheridan Crane would be damned if she let some smooth talking, BMW driving, Armoni suit wearing, gigolo, steal her heart. Oh, no. Sheridan did not see that happening in the near future, or ever for that matter.
But, to contradict herself yet again, she had to concede that during her tennis match with Gwen, she had thoroughly enjoyed Luis’ lustful stares. He was so obvious. He wanted her, or so she thought, and he didn’t care who knew it.
Now, as she sat with her best friend near the club’s bar, she recalled one of her and Luis’ several repartees.
Flashback
“Look, I don’t have time for this. Just get your ass . . .”
“So you’ve been checking out my ass too? First my car now my. . .”
“Please!” Sheridan screamed in frustration. “Must you turn every one of my comments into advances towards you?
“Well, I really can’t help if you’re always coming on to me.” Luis smiled a sexy smile. “Of course, Who could blame you?”
“Oh my God. I give up.” Sher spoke as she turned on her heels and began to walk away from Luis. “Stay in the damn parking space, it’s all yours if you want it.”
“I want it alright, just not the parking space.”
Sheridan couldn’t help but glance back at Luis’ presumptuous words. When she did, she caught his wink and a very apparent blush crept to her face. He saw it to and his smile only became wider.
That man was just too full of himself.
Who the hell did he think he was anyway?
End of Flashback
“Sher, earth to Sheridan.” Gwen snapped her fingers and slowly brought Sheridan from her daze.
“Gwen,” she said surprised, “I’m sorry, I guess my mind was elsewhere.”
“Yeah, I know where your mind was. The dreamy look, the horrible tennis performance today, you’re thinking about that man, aren’t you. You’re thinking about Luis.”
“I am not thinking about that annoyingly bothersome pest of a man that keeps purposely irritating me. And, if I was thinking about him, it wouldn’t be any fantasy thoughts. And, it damn sure would not have interfered with our tennis match today. The only reason I lost was because you cheated.”
“I cheated? I did no such thing!” Gwen gave a small giggle at Sheridan’s attempt to hide her obvious attraction to Luis. She was transparent as snow, and the poor thing was still in denial. If Sher didn’t want to go for Luis, Gwen was certainly up for the challenge. Hell, she was more than up for the challenge, she couldn’t wait to. . . well, get to know Luis a little, a lot better.
“Whatever, Sheridan, believe what you wish, but I did not cheat! Oh, and by the way,” Gwen began in a sly voice, “be full warned, I’m taking a go for Luis. Since you can’t seem to stand him and I am more than willing to stand him, I’ll be asking him out today.”
“What do you mean you’ll be asking him out today?” Sheridan said much louder than she’d intended. “Gwen he’s not even your type.”
“Sher, he’s smart, funny, rich, and drop-dead gorgeous. I don’t know who’s type he isn’t.”
“But, what about Ethan?”
“Ethan who? He’s gone. We’re through. I’m looking for someone new.”
“But. . .”
“But, what, Sher? Do I sense some jealousy here? Would I be stepping on your toes if I went after Luis?”
“No, no,” Sheridan began nervously, “go after him all you want. Just warning you, though, I’d be careful not to fall too deep. He looks like the love ‘em and leave ‘em type.”
“That’s great because I’m not ready for a relationship anyway. But, I sure wouldn’t mind getting a taste of that.” Gwen placed a lusty look on Luis and he smiled at her. She answered with a dazzling smile of her own.
“Gwen, stop. Geez, the guy’s not a piece of meat.”
“You’re right, Sher, and I’m sorry. But, I am still going to ask him out. That is, if you don’t mind.”
“I told you, I can’t stand the man. I really couldn’t care less if you and he went out.”
“Good, cause I’m going to ask him out now.”
With that, Gwen rose from her seat and made her way over near the pool where Luis sat.
*******************
Sheridan sat and watched as Gwen and Luis shared a hearty laugh. They were just having a good old time, weren’t they? She was here miserable and alone, and Gwen was over there flirting her butt off.
Oh, that woman was getting on her nerves. Sure, she was Sher’s best friend, but she was practically throwing herself at Luis. Sheridan didn’t care too much about that, or so she told herself, but Gwen was really embarrassing herself. Maybe she should go over there and end this farce right now. That way, Gwen could leave with at least some dignity.
When Sheridan caught sight of Little Ms. Gwen’s hand on Luis’ chest, she couldn’t take it anymore. What was wrong with that woman? Sher was convinced she had to go and save her best friend from the using clutches of that. . . that. . . man. Yeah, that man. Of course, this had nothing to do with her being jealous, oh, no, that was not the case at all. Or, at least that’s what she kept telling herself.
*********************
Oh, that little vixen. She could deny all she wanted but the green-eyed monster of jealousy, of complete and utter envy, was written all over her face. And, she claimed she didn’t want him. Ha! Of course, she wanted him. He was Luis, international . . . man that women wanted. Yeah, a real hunk.
Luis took note as Sheridan sauntered over to where he and Gwen stood. From the sway of her hips, to the sexy way her tongue licked her lips, she was just too damn fine. Luis could not wait to get his hands on that, on every part of that, on every inch of her. It was show time now. Time to get Little Ms. Uptight in the palm of his hands.
ACTION!
“Excuse me,” Sheridan interrupted when she reached Gwen and Luis, “but may I speak with you, Gwen.”
“Um, Sher I’m kinda. . .”
“Now, Please.”
“Sure. Could you hold on, Luis? I’ll just be a minute,” Gwen glared at Sheridan, “or less.”
Sheridan walked a little away from Luis, and Gwen followed. When Luis was out of hearing distance, Sher began.
“What the hell do you think you’re doing?”
“What?”
“Gwen you’re practically throwing yourself at him!”
“I am NOT throwing myself at anyone and even if I was, which I’m not, why would you care?”
“I don’t ca. . .”
“Yes, you do. And, for that reason, you can have your man back. He’s all yours.” Gwen remarked playfully. “Geez, Sher, I knew you’d be on the prowl but you’ve got a target. And his name’s Luis. Calm down, Honey, I was just having a little fun with him.”
“I’m sorry, Gwen, I really don’t know what came over me. It’s just that he has this wired, I don’t know, vibe, about him that just gets to me.”
“I completely understand. Ethan used to have that same effect on me until I realized it was love.” Gwen said dreamily. “Was, past tense, was love.”
“It’s not love and it will never be love! At least not between Luis and I, never.”
With that, Sheridan left Gwen’s side and sailed off to the Ladies’ Changing room. She figured a nice dip in the pool would cool her rising emotions. Oh, that Gwen! For her to even think that Sher liked Luis was exaggerated, but love, oh, no!
Sheridan changed into her most revealing bathing suit and headed off to the pool. Just because she didn’t like the guy didn’t mean she didn’t love teasing him. She couldn’t wait to flaunt her perfect, as she’d been told, body around. Oh, this would surely get a rise out of Luis. Yes, this would really get him back for all of his. . . dirty little comments to her.
* * * *
Luis stood idly by as Gwen rambled on about something. Could she possibly just SHUT-UP! A man of his stature should not have to be bored by such. . . insignificance. He had to find a way out of this quickly.
“Gwen, Sweetie,” Luis smiled his most radiant smile, boy he was laying it on thick, and placed his hand around her waist, “I have to. . . to catch up with a client, the one right over there.” Luis pointed to a stocky stuffed shirt with his arm around a woman half his age. “I’m so sorry to end this. I would love to. . .” Luis brought his mouth to Gwen’s ear and heatedly whispered, “see more of you some time. Call me.”
The hot air of his whisper and the low sexy voice that followed was intoxicating and it caused Gwen to tremble in response. Oh, Luis thought to himself, she was putty in his hands. Gwen was so much easier than he’d anticipated. Now, Sheridan, she’d be putty soon, really soon.
That said, Luis kissed Gwen on the cheek and was off to search out his prey.
Did he feel bad about lying to Gwen? No, because technically he hadn’t lied. That man he’d shown her had been one of his clients. He just hadn’t needed to talk with him right then. But, he’d make sure to consult with him later so technically he would not have lied to Gwen at all.
Luis didn’t exactly feel right lying to anyone. He had no problem with not telling everything but outright lying was not his style. He didn’t like stooping that low and he had no need to. He knew how to get just what he wanted with not so much as a few persuasive words.
* * * *
Sheridan stood and watched as Luis sensuously held onto Gwen, whispered something that made her shiver visibly, and sweetly kissed her cheek. Oh! That sorry bastard. He was trying to get Gwen under his spell. The Audacity!
He’d never get her under his nasty spell though. Sheridan would be damned if she ever did!
* * * *
Luis settled in a chair beside the pool. He stretched out and allowed the sun to beat against his bronze skin. It was blazing outside and that meant one thing to Luis. If the sun was strong, the women were in thongs. One woman in particular, at least Luis hoped.
He had seen her disappear into the women’s changing room and he couldn’t wait to see her reappear. Oh, yes, what a feast for the eyes she’d be. He only wished for her return sooner.
* * * *
Sheridan strolled out to the pool and spread her towel along side of Gwen’s. Gwen had gone to talk with some friends so Sheridan was all alone now. She laid down so that her gaze fell upon Luis.
My, my, my, he had the sexiest body Sheridan had ever laid eyes on. She only wished this was a nude beach, maybe then she could see. . . what the hell was she thinking? Sheridan was having some of the dirtiest thoughts she’d ever had before and they were all about a man she couldn’t even stand. Then again, just because she couldn’t stand him, didn’t mean she couldn’t stand the sight of him. Oh, she could definitely stand the sight of him.
She had to lick her lips in appreciation, or so she told herself. Maybe her licking her lips was in response to her subconscious. Her subconscious of wildly impure thoughts. Wishful thinking, Sheridan thought to herself, wishful thinking of. . . well, she really didn’t want to think about that.
* * * *
Well, hot damn! A “feast for the eyes” had been an understatement. Luis had to concede, as hard as it was, that Sheridan was even more beautiful than he was. Had he just said that? Luis truly was shocked by his own statement, as he sat there contemplating. Contemplating ways to get her into his bed. Who could blame him? If she was more radiant than he in the looks department, Luis had to find out just how radiant she was in other departments.
From her flat tummy, to her, well, she had the most beautiful breasts, Sheridan Crane was to die for. Her round bottom and long tanned legs were just as appealing. Every inch of her was more appetizing, more succulent, than the one before. Yum, he couldn’t wait to get a taste of that. He would savor every inch of her and then devour her whole.
Was it him, or did he sound like he was hungry? He was hungry. For her.
He licked his lips in appreciation, in anticipation of her. The things he would do to her.
He couldn’t wait!
* * * *
The man was staring at Sheridan like she was his last meal. If he didn’t quit soon she’d be saying, “Eat up!”
Really, the way he looked at her was unnerving. He probably deliberately did this just to effect her in such a way. Sher had to give it to him though, the man saw what he wanted and he went after it. That was obvious from his very persuasive nature. He knew how to get to people, how to find their weakness and use it to his advantage. He didn’t seem like the type to purposely hurt people, but having fun with them didn’t seem too beneath him.
Hmm, beneath him. Wouldn’t she like to be there right now. Maybe. Or on top of him, under him ,over him, anywhere where his body was in direct contact with hers.
Sheridan had to control her raging hormones. She was rapidly becoming overheated and it had absolutely nothing to do with the sun, and everything to do with a certain someone.
She decided it was time for a cool down, just not in the pool. She didn’t want to be anywhere where he could be near her, where he could see her. So, she opted for the showers in the changing room. Sheridan got up from her resting spot and walked quickly to her new destination, anywhere away from Luis.
* * * *
Luis saw her practically run into the shower section of the changing room. This was excellent, now he had her all to himself.
He got up from his chair and strolled into the shower room. Evidently, Sheridan wasn’t as smart as he’d thought. If she believed she could stay away from him in a unisex shower room, she was sadly mistaken.
* * * *
Sheridan found an unoccupied, well, all of them were unoccupied, shower and stepped in. She moved to turn the cold water knob and let the cool water cascade down her body. Even with her bathing suit on, the water managed to cover and relax every inch of her. This was calming.
Sher closed her eyes and just let her peaceful surroundings pacify her into a daydream. This was nice. The only thing that would’ve made this better was if she had someone here to share it with. No one in particular. No, not Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald. No, she didn’t wish his big, strong hands were caressing and stroking every inch of her body. Touching and massaging every part of her. Causing her to moan and beg until he fulfilled every one of her erotic fantasies. Relieving her of all this pent-up sexual frustration. Frustration that she only wanted him to set her free from. No, she didn’t wish he was here.
* ~ * ~ *
As if on cue, Sheridan felt someone place a tender kiss on her shoulder. She leaned her head back in response and gave into the feel of his lips on her body. He stood behind her and held onto her hips. Gentle kisses trailed down her neck and shoulder. And, a very evident arousal pressed against her back. This was intoxicating and so damn erotic. Sheridan thought she might climax from the pure excitement of it. Complete and utter ecstasy.
She knew whom it was. And, that was exactly why she dare not interrupt this bliss. Maybe if she didn’t let him know that she knew it was him, he would believe she didn’t want it to be him. Who was she kidding? He was so full of himself that even if that were true he would deem it false. He would declare that she wanted, desired, craved him as much as he did her. And, damn if it wasn’t true.
“What did I tell you?” She interrupted. “Never to place. . .”
“. . . .my lips on yours without your consent. You see, my darling, I have been listening to you. My lips never dared the privilege of caressing yours again. They merely tasted, craved other parts of you, every part of you. But the lips. Never the lips, again. Not Yet.”
“You love twisting my words, don’t you.” She moaned as he continued his journey, his devouring of her body. He was an expert at taking whatever she said and using it to his advantage. He was good at that. So she told him.
“Oh, you’re good, Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald. You’re very good.”
“You want to find out just how good I am?”
“Oh, you’re good, Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald. You’re very good.”
“You want to find out just how good I am?”
Sheridan didn’t answer that. She refused to answer that. If she responded to that then she would be admitting that she wanted him. Needed him. That she desired him to take her right then and there. Right against the shower wall so that everyone in the country club could hear her scream his name. And know just how good Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald really was.
No, there was no way she was answering that.
So she let him continue instead. As long as she didn’t answer him, she wasn’t conceding defeat. She was just letting what ever was going to happen, happen. Besides, what was the harm in giving in, even just a little. A little? Who was she kidding? If he did back her against this shower wall, intent to have his way with her, she’d let him. But, she refused to admit. She just couldn’t declare that she’d been so taken by him. That he'd somehow managed to put her under his spell. That would be akin to admitting he had some kind of power over her. And she would never admit that. Not in a million years.
* ~ * ~ * ~
Luis stood behind her, his hand on her abdomen, as he trailed a series of open-mouthed kisses down the length of her water slicked body. Slowly, so as not to give her a reason to stop him, as if she would anyway, Luis moved his hand up to rest against her breast. He massaged her there and she moaned his name.
Oh, sweet satisfaction. Luis knew it wouldn’t take long to make her his, but, damn, this was amazing. Of course, if anyone could do it, he could.
He heard her breathing become more labored by the second and that only caused him to be more intense with his strokes. He moved to her other breast and gave it the same gratification that the first had received.
She smelled good. Really good. And, she was so soft and beautiful, so perfect in every way. Luis wanted her. He needed her. And, he was going to take her.
“Sheridan, I want you.” He spoke in a husky voice, laced with desire, lust. “And, I’m going to have you.”
With that, Luis turned her to face him, and backed her to the shower wall. She didn't struggle. In fact, she seemed to go willingly. He wanted more control, still. So he placed her hands above her head and held them together in his.
He lingered kisses along her chest, but soon found her bathing suit top restricted his access to the skin he most hungered to taste. So he did the only thing he could do. He took it off. And, it dropped, to a heap, on the shower floor. Luis’ gaze swept over the magnificent beauty in front of him. He couldn’t help the smile that crept to his face as the water rained above her, hot and stimulating.
* ~ * ~ * ~
“You know, I could report you to club security for this.” Sheridan finally spoke, moaned, as Luis’ mouth claimed her nipple and aroused her to a painful need. A need for release. Release only he could give.
“But, you’re not going to, are you?”
Of course, she wasn’t going to. What would she report anyway? What could she tell them? Could she tell them that Luis had come in here, swept her off her feet, and made wild passionate love to her until she moaned and begged for more? Could she tell the country club security that?
No, of course she couldn’t. And, she didn’t want to. But, she had to keep that power. She had to keep telling herself, even with Luis here taking her hostage in the most carnal way, that she didn’t want it. Even if she didn’t show it, she could still believe it, right? She could keep telling herself that she didn’t want this big, strong, sexy man taking hold of her like this. Showering her with kisses and caressing her so sensuously that it made her want to lose control. That it made her want to drown in him forever. Indulge herself with the ecstasy he gave, was giving her. She could still deny this, right?
“Oh, my God.” Sheridan moaned as heady sensations were slowly causing her to spin out of control. The kind of unadulterated rapture she was experiencing should have been outlawed. She really couldn’t remember being this satisfied, literally, with just a simple caress, a sweet kiss.
“Open up for me, Sheridan.” Luis passionately instructed. And she did. Sher opened her legs, slightly, just enough to give him access to her.
Luis’ lips grazed Sher’s neck as his hands found their way to her thong. He began to untie the strings on the sides that held her thong together. One, untied. Two. . .well not quite. He wanted to play with her some more. Make her say how much she wanted this, desired him.
Luis ceased his actions and looked at Sheridan, at her body. He smiled a seductive smile, laced with wanton lust. For her.
“How bad do want me, Sheridan?” He stared directly into her eyes. Eyes that were now glazed with desire. For him. “How badly do you want it?”
He heard her take a much needed calming breath and raise her lips to a devious grin.
“Not nearly,” she trailed her finger down his chest, “as badly,” she whispered, “as you do.”
Sheridan felt him, felt the length of him through his trunks and shivered. Almost gave in. Almost lost control. Damn. She had to stay strong.
She kissed his lips. Just one last kiss, she told herself. And, strolled to the changing room, half naked and all. Lucky for her, the changing room was right beside the showers.
* ~ * ~ * ~
Luis looked back at Sher as she made her way to the changing room. He couldn’t help but shake his head and smile. Damn. She was fine as hell and he couldn’t wait to get his hands back on her.
Had that little mishap just injured his ego? Hell, no.
It had done quite the opposite. It had given him all the more ammunition to go after her. To make her his. He would. After all, this was only the first week, and look how far he’d gotten. Week Two would be much more eventful. Or so he planned.
Luis was relentless. He was not giving up so easily. He was not giving up at all.
* ~ * ~ * ~
Sheridan glanced back at Luis. He stood there, in all his glory, hot, wet and very aroused. The cool water rained above him, trying to chill him from the heated. . . well, she didn’t know what to call it. All she knew was that it had been the most intoxicatingly stimulating sexual experience of her life. How she’d managed to deny herself that pleasure, the complete indulgence in him, astounded even her.
Sher felt her tongue lick her lips at the view he provided. She was staring, drooling over him as the water cascaded down his perfect body.
Oh, what had she been thinking? She could have had that. That could have been inside of her. He could have made love to her. What the hell had she just done? She’d refused herself of that? She had denied herself of that complete pleasure? Utter ecstasy.
She had to get out of there and fast. Before she sauntered back over to Luis and made him show her just what she’d been missing. Just what she could’ve had.
“How bad do you want me, Sheridan?” He stared directly into her eyes. Eyes that were now glazed with desire. For him. “How badly do you want it?”
He heard her take a much needed calming breath and raise her lips to a devious grin.
“Really badly, Luis. I want you to make me lose control.” Sheridan traced her finger down his chest and stopped at the waistband of his trunks.
“Anxious, are we?” Luis asked with a cocky smirk.
“Very.” Sheridan felt him. Felt the length of him through his trunks. And almost lost control. Damn. She had to stay strong. She wanted to lose control with him buried deep inside of her. With him thrusting inside of her. With him climaxing with her.
“Good, cause I’ve wanted to do this since the first time I laid eyes on you.”
Luis released Sher’s final string and down came her thong. She stood there clad in nothing at all. He crushed himself to her and she whimpered when she felt the steel between his legs throb against her. Hot and hard, he pressed himself to her weeping center. Sheridan could only cry out his name when he finally . . . . .
Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing
Sheridan shot out of bed as her alarm clock sounded. Damn. Was that not the most annoying invention ever created? She hit the clock and ended its incessant aggravation.
9:00 AM on the dot.
Time to get up. Time to start the day. Another day of avoiding Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald.
Oh, didn’t Sher wish she could avoid him all the time. But, as things go, he couldn’t be eluded everywhere. Everywhere meaning her dreams.
She couldn’t control her dreams, could she? She couldn’t help that her mind always floated to him when she closed her eyes. Sheridan was powerless to stop that. Every time, for the past week, that she shut her eyes Luis invaded her dreams. Took over her thoughts. And, made her so hot that even firemen couldn’t begin to extinguish the blaze Luis ignited inside of her.
Inside of her. That little phrase brought back heated memories. Fantasies. Fantasies full of only one. Luis. Those daily cold, freezing showers, did little to nothing to chill the need she felt for. . . That was nonsense. She didn’t want. . . .
Who was she kidding? There was no more hiding it. Sheridan Crane craved Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald more than anyone or anything she’d ever wanted before.
Wow! It felt wonderful to finally admit it. And, why the hell shouldn’t she admit it? Why shouldn’t she want him. Damn, she thought, just look at him. Talk about eye candy.
But, it wasn’t fair. It just wasn’t fair that Luis had the power to take over her nights, and days for that matter, with visions of him. With images of him always in the same attire.
A suit? No. Some jeans? No. A nice. . . No.
Luis always wore nothing. Unless you could count that smart-ass smirk that forever rested on his lips. The same lips that had tasted every inch of Sheridan’s body, in her fantasies anyway. The same lips that had roused so many desires that day in the shower. It had been one full week since then and Sheridan could still only think about that shower. With him. Against him.
Against him. Sheridan had to admit that those two little words provoked some deep emotions within her. In every one of her daydreams, and night dreams for that matter, Luis had always been in the same position. Against her. Whether on top, underneath, in front, or behind her, he was always somehow pressed against her. His heated flesh constantly smashed to hers. Causing her senses to go haywire. Causing her body to take over and her mind to totally ignore the nagging thought that it was wrong. That she shouldn’t be with a man like Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald.
No, she shouldn’t be with a man like Luis. She should be with the real thing. She should be with Lui. . . No. That was nonsense. Wasn’t it?
Luis was. . . .
*Ring* *Ring* *Ring*
The second most annoying invention ever created, the telephone, ended Sheridan’s thoughts and prompted her to get up and reach for the beast.
“Hello,” Sher answered in her most wearied voice.
“Bonjour, Sheridan!” Gwen responded excitedly.
My, Sheridan thought to herself, wasn’t someone a little too damn happy this morning. Sher had to admit that she hated morning people. They were just way too friendly, way too early. The morning was a time to be mean and uncaring cause it was just too damn early to even consider being nice. And, how did that saying go? Doesn’t Misery love company?
“What is it, Gwen? And, why are you so jolly this morning?”
“Well, I met this guy.”
“Gwen, Hun, that tends to happen when you go out in public.”
“Ha ha ha, Sheridan. I mean, I’m kinda seeing him.”
“What’s his name?”
“Aaron.”
“And, where exactly did you meet this Aaron?”
“At the country club. You know, the place I haven’t seen you in for the last week.”
“Gwen. . .”
“Come on, Sher.” Gwen begged. “I really like him and I just want some company. I mean, I just want my girl, my best friend, there for moral support. Besides, I haven’t seen you in a whole week. I miss you.”
“Aww, Gwen, you’re sweet but I’m really not in the mood to go to the country club.” The thought of seeing Luis again was just too tempting and that’s what scared Sheridan. That and the fact that she would be blushing her ass off if she saw him. Especially considering the naughty fantasies she’d been having about him. Daily. Nightly.
“That’s fine, Sher. We’re going to a friend’s house anyway. I took the liberty of sending a limo to take you there. It should be there in about an hour. So hurry up. Bye now.”
“Gwen, I don. . . .”
*Dial Tone*
Damn Gwen. Sheridan huffed.
She lugged out of bed and headed for the shower. Oh, this should be quite fun, she thought sarcastically. Yeah, another Luis-less shower. With only her fantasies to keep her company.
* ~ * ~ * ~
Luis looked around his mansion catering to the final touches. His guests would be arriving shortly. About ten minutes in fact and he had to make sure everything was perfect.
He fixed a disobedient pillow and took a seat on his trendy black sofa. Luis glanced down at his living room table. It was so clear you could see your reflection in it. And, what a reflection he saw. His own.
Luis smiled to himself as he stared into his image. Damn, he was handsome. He knew people said he was fine, but damn, that was an understatement. Drop-dead, sexy as sin, gorgeous was more like it. Luis didn’t even know how to put his beauty into words. He was just that good looking. Hell, if he were a woman, he would date himself in a heartbeat.
He knew someone who could compare to his looks though. Someone who was, yes, better looking then he was. The most beautiful woman he’d ever laid eyes on. Sheridan Crane. Sheridan Katherine Crane to be exact. Luis had found that out through her best friend, Gwen. He personally liked his name for her better, Sheridan Marie Crane, but hey, what could he do about it?
He didn’t care about her name anyway. He just wanted her. Her body. He wanted her beneath him. Hot, naked, and aroused. He would get her that way though. Only a matter of time.
Luis had to confess that it was different with Sheridan. Previously, he had used women for their money and connections. He had a heart, but he also had a bank account. And, he wanted to fill it, with more millions. Undoubtedly, he loved money and women. And, women loved him and. . .well they just loved him. So, why not put that to good use? Why not combine the two? After all, he knew that once he got his foot in the door, he could work his way up. He was intelligent. He wasn’t just some low-life who used people. Once he got in a position of power, he knew just how to work it. Just how to stay ahead.
And, that’s what he did. Usually.
But, now, he was having a change of heart. With Sheridan, it was not like that. He wanted her. He desired her mind, body, and hea. . . .No. That was nonsense. Luis admitted he didn’t want to use her but that was it. He wasn’t about to admit that it was more than mutual sexual attraction. Plain and simple old-fashioned lust.
*Ding Dong* *Ding Dong*
Luis rose from his seat and strolled over to the door. He looked through the peep hole and found his guests. He let them in.
“Hello, Aaron, Gwen and,” Luis scanned his final guest from head to toe, taking in all her beauty, “I’m sorry, your name seems to have slipped my mind.” He smiled at her.
“Sheridan, Luis, you know my name. Sheridan Crane.” She answered with annoyance.
“Oh, that’s right.” He said with a triumphant smile, “How could I forget such a beautiful name and face.” When Gwen and Aaron had made their way to the living room, Luis whispered in Sher’s ear, “And, such a magnificent body.”
“Luis.” Sheridan moaned as he backed her against his front door. He crushed himself to her and she almost cried out at the feel of his arousal pressed against her body. Luis was trapping her, and damn if she didn’t feel like being caged.
“Remember this, Sheridan?” Luis asked as one hand gripped her hip and the other kneaded her breasts. His lips pressed butterfly kisses down her neck and Sheridan held him to her.
Sheridan recalled their most recent escapade in the shower and she couldn’t help but give into temptation. Why the hell not? Luis felt far too good for her to ever ask him to stop. So, she would just give in until he did. Until he’d had enough. What was he going to do anyway, screw her right here in the foyer? With people waiting in the living room?
The more Sheridan thought about it, well, she wasn’t thinking much of anything now as Luis’ hand reached up her already too short skirt and messaged her thigh. The higher his hand went, the harder it was becoming for her to think. She didn’t want to think anymore though. All she wanted to do was feel.
“Are you wearing any underwear?” Luis asked as his hand made its way farther up her skirt.
“What if I’m not?” Sheridan was tired of resisting. She was going to play his game and have fun with it. Of course, she was wearing panties. But, he didn’t have to know. Unless he wanted to find out for himself.
“That’s too bad. I was hoping to rip them off of you.” He would still enjoy her just as much if he didn’t get to rip them off but wouldn’t it be even more fun if he did?
Luis finally found the answer to his question as he felt her wetness through her panties. Now, he could actually rip them off of her. She was ready for him, already. And, he had merely touched her, kissed her. He couldn’t wait to find out just how wet he could get her. Just how hot he would get her. When they finally made love, that is.
“Touch me, Luis.” Sheridan couldn’t help the words that just seem to be falling out of her mouth. The things he was doing to her were too much for her to handle. She could no more say, ‘no,’ than she could cut her own arm off.
Luis did as he was told and found himself stroking her through her panties. He kissed her lips to silence her cries. He felt her. Felt her getting wetter with every caress of his hand. She was so close to losing control she was about to burst. He wanted to give her that satisfaction but not here. Not now. And, getting her back for that little shower stunt she had pulled was not beneath him. Wasn’t payback supposed to be a bitch?
“Luis, Sheridan,” Gwen called from the living room, “where are you guys?”
Luis instantly stopped his actions and pulled away from Sheridan. “Be right there, Gwen.” He said calmly. He took one last look at her and licked his lips. Damn interruptions. Damn Gwen.
“Sweetheart, if you need to freshen up,” Luis began, “there’s a bathroom right across the hall.” He whispered, “Sorry, this one doesn’t have a shower.”
With that, he left and went to join Gwen and Aaron. Sheridan and he would definitely have to finish that a little later on. Later on tonight, if he had anything to say about it. And, he did. He had everything to say about it.
Sheridan watched Luis as he confidently strolled away from her. Damn him. That bastard. There he was cool and sanguine. While she stood here flustered and a mess. She had let him do it. She’d let him get to her, again. That’s alright, she thought with a smile, she’d enjoyed every minute of it. She would be damned if she confessed that to him though. Assuming he didn’t already know.
He could have his fun with her now though. After all, didn’t he deserve it? She had just gotten him all riled up that day in the shower, and then had left him. If he wanted to get her back for that, that was fine. But, two could play at that game.
Now, where was that bathroom Luis had pointed out. She certainly needed to go and freshen up.
This was sure to be one hell of a day.
“Hey, guys.” Sheridan greeted cheerfully as she came to join Luis, Gwen, and Aaron in the living room. “Sorry, I just had to go and freshen up a bit.”
“Why, Sher? We just got here.” Gwen noted.
“Well. . .”
“Yeah, Sher,” Luis emphasized his use of her nickname, “why the sudden need to be. . .fresh?
There was that smart-ass smirk again. That jerk. He knew exactly why she. . . .well needed to go freshen up. Oh, how she longed to scream, ‘Cause your hand was just up my skirt, you bastard!’ She wouldn’t though. My, Sher thought, she sure called him a bastard a lot. She would definitely have to think of another name for him.
“Well, it’s a very humid day.” Sheridan smiled nervously. “I guess I was just feeling a little hot.” Sher made sure her eyes connected with Luis’ as she said the word, ‘hot,’ her tongue peaking out to teasingly lick her lips. She felt triumphant when she heard him take a shallow breath.
“Guys, I’m starved.” Aaron said breaking the comfortable science, “Luis, how about you get us some grub. You don’t want hungry guests, do you?”
“No, not all, Aaron. You come on in the dining room and I’ll go see what I have for brunch.” Luis got up and headed for the kitchen. “Oh, and, Sheridan, since you just freshened up, how about you come in there and give me a hand.”
“Luis, I’m really not the. . .”
“Yeah, go on, Sher.” Gwen encouraged, “You know you’re a gem in the kitchen.”
“I’m really not up to it.”
“Sheridan, come on,” Luis begged, “I don’t bite.”
Sher eyed Luis but followed him to the kitchen. As soon as Gwen and Aaron had made their way to the dining room, Luis began the mind games again.
“Unless you ask me to.” He remarked referring to his earlier biting comment.
“Luis, don’t start, okay. Don’t start.”
“What ever do you mean, Sheridan?”
“Nothing.” She said defeated. “Let’s just get this food ready so we can get back to Gwen and Aaron.”
“Sure, your wish is my command.” He paused. “And I do mean any wish.
Sheridan huffed and made her way to the sink. She turned on the brass faucet and allowed the water to gently cascade down her hands. Not a second later, did she feel Luis come behind her and trap her in his arms. He placed his hands in the water so they slightly brushed hers.
“You know you have to use soap.” He whispered.
“I kno. . . .”
“Here, let me help you with that.”
Sher tensed as Luis guided the soap over their hands. He rubbed his against hers and made sure to take care of each one of her fingers, lathering them in the soap and massaging them amorously. He dried their hands on a cloth that rested by the sink. Sheridan felt herself relax in his arms and almost, not quite, lean into his embrace.
“Thank You.” She spoke softly.
“You smell good.”
“Luis. . . ” Sher tried to protest but her failed attempt came out as a moan. She felt his lips caress her neck and a smile creep to his face as he heard her cry out his name.
“You know,” Luis began, taking her body against his, “I’d take you right here in the kitchen if you’d let me.”
“With Gwen and Aaron waiting for us?”
“What do you think?” He hissed heatedly in her ear before forcing her back to his arousal.
“Well, I think you sure can get it up quickly.”
He laughed darkly against her skin. “Mmm Hmm, you’re right. Every time I see you, all I can think of is getting it up. And inside of you. You want me to be inside of you, Sheridan? You want me to make you lose control?”
There he goes again. Turning her words to use to his advantage. There he was, still. Pressing himself against her. Making her so crazy with desire that she would soon be considering his offer to take her here in the kitchen. Damn Gwen and Aaron. Damn Everything. She wanted him. So bad that she could hardly stand it anymore.
“Luis, you have to stop this.” Sheridan avoided his question. “Every time we’re alone, you can’t just keep . . .” she stopped as his tongue grazed her lobe, “doing this.”
“Okay.” Luis released her and walked to the refrigerator. “I’ll stop doing this when we’re alone.
“Damn it.” Sheridan huffed.
“Sheridan, such foul lang. . .”
“Shut up. You can’t keep doing that either.” She glared at him.
“Doing what?” He asked innocently.
“You know what.” She crossed her arms under her chest. “Getting me all hot and bothered and just leaving me like that.”
“So you admit I get you hot and bothered?”
“Luis, what do you expect when you touch me like that? When you touch me at all? I mean, for goodness sake, you had your hand on. . . . well, up my skirt!” >{? “Okay, I’m sorry.” Yeah right, he thought, sorry as a hungry lion with newly caught prey, “I’ll try not to get you. . . . all riled up.”
“Fine.” She agreed.
“But you know what?” He began in a sly tone. “If I get you so hot then why won’t you let me have you? Why won’t you just give in and end this . . .end all this sexual tension?
“Luis.” Sheridan scolded.
“Okay, Okay, I’m sorry. I’ll behave.” For now, Luis thought to himself.
“Then I feel this is the start of a beautiful friendship.”
“Good.” Luis said as he secretly plotted. Plotted to make her his. No woman had ever rejected him before and he’d be damned if Sheridan Crane did. “Okay, let’s get this food out there.”
Luis removed the food from the toaster oven and he and Sheridan headed to the dining room. Food trays in hand.
“Mmm,” Aaron delighted, “that sure smells delicious.”
“Why thank you, Aaron. I cooked it myself. Just as soon as I knew you guys were coming over, I prepared this little brunch.”
“Little? Brunch?” Gwen laughed. “Luis, it looks more like you’re serving breakfast to an entire army.”
“Well, I do love to cook.”
“Really?” Sher asked. “I’m surprised.”
“There’s a lot of things I can do that would surprise you.”
Aaron cleared his throat. “Okay, everyone, no time like the present. Let’s sit down and enjoy this wonderful meal.”
* ~ * ~ * ~
About twenty minutes into brunch, conversation was running quite smoothly. Talk from business to country club tennis tournaments could be heard at the narrow dining room table.
Sheridan found herself thoroughly enjoying this time with her friends. And Luis had truly surprised her with his wit and great sense of humor. He was a real charmer. In a good way. Sher also had to concede that she was rather proud of him. He had stuck to their agreement and had not said or done anything of a . . . . sexual nature.
Sheridan almost gasped when she felt Luis’ hand slide up her thigh. Spoke too soon, she thought. He was still up to no good. She wouldn’t let him get away with that though. He wasn’t the only one who could . . . cop a feel.
With that, Sheridan slid her shoes off and sensuously ran her right foot up Luis’ pant leg. She felt triumphant when he dropped his fork to the floor. He reached down to get it. Then sat back up, obviously somewhat effected by her courageous move.
“Nice Panties.” Luis mouthed so only Sher could see. Luckily, Gwen and Aaron were so wrapped up in their conversation that they wouldn’t have noticed anyway. Sheridan turned a crimson shade and quickly closed her legs. Not for too long though. She wanted to see him squirm again. So she discreetly moved her leg closer to his. This time he caught it. And held it. He carefully pulled her leg closer to him until her foot touched. . . well, not his leg.
Sheridan couldn’t handle anymore when she felt Luis rub her foot against him. Damn, did he always have to be so . . . so turned on when it came to her?
Luis gazed at Sher as she nervously tried to join in Gwen and Aaron’s conversation. Why was she so hell bent on not being with him? If only for one night. She and he both knew that she wanted him. So why didn’t she just smile and take what he was offering her?
Didn’t she already know that just the thought of her could get him hard and ready to be inside of her? Ready to have her beneath him and trembling with desire. Didn’t she realize that just one look at her, just a simple touch, could make him want to throw caution to the wind, and take her right here in broad daylight? Didn’t she know this?
Luis released her foot and smiled that million dollar smile of his. That same sexy-ass smirk that had been haunting Sheridan’s dreams for the past few weeks. She quickly composed herself and the discussion went on as before.
* ~ * ~ * ~
“Well, Luis,” Aaron began, “I must admit, I’m very impressed.”
“Thank you, Aaron.” Luis beamed. “I can’t help it though. I see what I want and I go after it. And it just so happens that I never fail. I always get what I want.”
“Never say never, Luis.” Sheridan argued. “Some things are just off limits to some people.”
“Not to me.” Both Sheridan and Luis knew there was an undertone in what they spoke. Her message was loud and clear though. The same message that she’d been relaying for weeks now. That she didn’t want him. But Luis’ message was just as clear. That everybody wanted him and Sher was no different.
* ~ * ~ * ~
Aaron, Luis, Gwen, and Sheridan now sat in the living room. They’d been talking for hours about everything. Each of them had to admit that they were having quite an entertaining afternoon. It was getting around that time though. Time for the evening to come to a close.
“Well,” Gwen announced, “I think we ought to be leaving now.” She smiled. “We’ve taken up enough of your time, Luis. I think it’s best we head out.”
“Oh, you guys are welcome to stay if you wish. But don’t let me keep.”
“That reminds me, Luis,” Aaron began, “I’ve got a meeting in an hour with Kevin. I must be going.”
“Alright,” Luis said standing from the love seat he shared with Sheridan, “Let me see you guys out.”
Everyone stood from their chairs and headed to the front door.
“We must do this again.” Luis suggested.
“I completely agree with you, Luis.” Gwen beamed. “I had a wonderful time. We all did.”
They said their good-byes and Gwen, Aaron, and Sheridan were off.
Well, Luis thought, that had been quite an eventful evening. He looked at the clock and noticed it was already 7:00 PM. Time had sure flew by quickly. Of course, it always did. What was that saying? Didn’t time fly by when you were having fun. And Luis had sure as hell had fun torturing Sheridan today. She knew she enjoyed it though. Despite what she said. . . .
Flashback
“What was that?” Sheridan asked infuriated. “What the hell was that. . . scene in the dining room? We agreed that you would quit doing . . .touching me like that.”
“You’re right, Sweetheart,” he smirked, “I did say that. And I meant it. But you fail to remember one thing about the agreement.”
“And what exactly is that?”
“You said, and I quote, ‘Every time we’re alone, you can’t just keep doing this.’”
“So?”
“And I said, ‘Okay, I’ll stop doing this when we’re alone.’ And you agreed.”
Sheridan contemplated this for a bit. What the hell was he getting. . . . “Oh, my God.” She covered her mouth with her hand in complete surprise. “I said, you couldn’t do it when we were alone. And technically we weren’t alone. So you figured since Gwen and Aaron were there, you could do what ever you wished. And that stupid agreement we made would mean nothing.”
Sher looked at Luis who smiled victoriously.
“Oh,” she said glaring at him, “you are one sick bastard.”
“Maybe, but, Sher, you have to remember,” Luis declared, “I’m a lawyer. It’s my job to find loopholes in every agreement.
End of Flashback
Luis started for the shower. He had a feeling this would be a long night. He had an inkling that he would have another visitor this evening. One that wouldn’t be leaving till morning.
* ~ * ~ * ~
Sheridan tossed and turned as the night slowly fell upon her. It was now 10:00 p.m. and she couldn’t get to sleep to save her life. She’d tried everything. From reading books, to drinking warm milk, nothing seem to help her insomnia.
She was hot. Damn, shouldn’t the air have kicked on by now? Who was she kidding? It had kicked on a while ago, and it was most likely freezing in her house. Not to her though. She was hot. Blazing.
She needed something. Something that would keep her occupied for hours. Something that would completely drain her physical energy. She wanted something. She wanted something that could make her collapse in utter exhaustion. Or be collapsed upon.
She wanted. . . . She needed. . . . Sex.
More Specifically, sex with Luis.
She craved it so much she ached. What would she do about it though? What was she thinking? There was only one thing she could do. And the first thing she had to do was call Luis.
