Charles Edward Maurice, Viscount Althorp, and his wife, ex-model Victoria Lockwood, both 26 (above), had their first baby, a 6-lb., 2-oz. girl, Kitty Eleanor Spencer, on Dec. 28 in London. The Viscount, a contributing correspondent for NBC's Today, is the brother of Princess Diana.
