Returning Home After The Outback

After bidding farewell to the Australian Outback, the 16 Survivors returned home, transformed forever by the experience. On a special SURVIVOR, we visited each Survivor at home for a glimpse of how their lives have changed now that they're BACK FROM THE OUTBACK.
We found Debb at home in New Hampshire, happy in love and learning to cope with sometimes difficult media attention. Kel has returned to Army Intelligence and is fielding beef jerky endorsement offers, while Maralyn is sporting a deep tan and Australia-themed tattoos. Singer-songwriter Mitchell has written new material about his Outback experience, and is enjoying his new fame.
The Outback's most outspoken vegetarian, Kimmi has been embraced by the animal rights community. Michael, completely healed of the burns he suffered to his hands, is active in an anti-addiction campaign for kids. A former workaholic, Jeff came out of the Outback with a new appreciation for life; meanwhile, his friend Alicia is receiving lots of attention in the fitness world.
As for Jerri, her appointment book is full and her acting career back in Los Angeles seems promising. Still a Harvard law student, Nick is busy, ambitious and more willing to take risks. Amber, too, feels like her experience in the Outback changed her forever, and is still pondering her options after her newfound fame. Rodger is back on his Kentucky farm, and credits his time in the Outback with giving him a deeper appreciation for his home and his family. Elisabeth is back with her mother and happily making wedding plans in Boston.
Thanks in part to Jerri, Keith is writing a new cookbook (tentatively entitled "Yes, I Can Cook Rice"). Colby has moved to Dallas and is exploring his new city on his motorcycle, while considering his next move. The Ultimate Survivor, Tina Wesson, is enjoying her new celebrity status with her family.
Next season on SURVIVOR AFRICA
A land of stunning beauty, but also a land of inherent dangers, filled with exotic and deadly animals. The continent may have changed, but the game is still the same: Outwit, Outplay, Outlast. We'll see you this fall in Africa!
