Uncle Junior's car jacking operation now belongs to Tony and he and some of his crew are going over to Italy to negotiate. Carmela and Meadow seem a bit miffed that they can't go along. When the boys arrive, Christopher meets Tanno, also a junkie and spends the entire four days high as a kite in the hotel. Paulie claims he felt right at home, but the natives were actually a bit unfriendly to him. Tony discovers that Zi Vittorio is a senile old man, and primarily a figurehead, kinda like good old Uncle Junior. The real boss turns out to be Vittorio's daughter, Annalisa. Sparks fly between her and Tony, but he can't deal with the idea of a woman boss. Annalisa is one smart and tough cookie, but she knows how to use her feminine wiles. She reminds Tony of Dr. Melfi, in more ways than one. Annalisa talks the price on the cars down to $75,000. Tony still ends up making double what they were getting when Uncle Junior was in charge, plus he negotiates for some ruthless Naples guys to come to the U.S., starting with Furio.

Carmela, Rosalie Aprile and Angie Bompensiero have lunch together and Angie confesses that she's not happy that Pussy came back. She has even contemplated suicide, then the doctor found a lump under her arm. Cancer or no cancer, she announces, she's getting a divorce. Carmela does her best to talk her out of it. The biopsy comes back negative, but Pussy hardly seems interested. Unfortunately he's got other things on his mind. He tells Skip that Tony will be shipping out more cars and the last batch was 30 containers, two cars to a container. While they are discussing this, an Elvis impersonator spots Pussy and Skip and stops to say hello. Pussy puts an end to his nightmares about getting caught ratting to the FBI by paying Elvis a visit, armed with a big hammer.
