Hi Everyone! Just back from meeting Genie at Sears in Paramus!!! There was a long line (about 400 people) waiting for her to sign headshots and ring boxes. Her time there was brief due to her needing to get to the airport. Jonathan was in the mall waiting for her, but I understand that he was causing such a commotion there from fans who recognized him that he had to retreat to a waiting car. Anyway, Genie was as sweet as she could be. This is how my brief few seconds with her went: Ginger: Genie it is such a privilege to meet you! Genie: Thank you! Ginger: Genie I am here today representing so many people from the website, Luke and Laura Unrevised. Genie" Yes, Yes!! Ginger: We are the people who sent a plant to "Cherished Home" and balloons and a sheet cake to the studio. We want you to know that we are doing everything we can from the fan side to bring you back to GH. We have started a letter-writing campaign and a phone-in. Genie: Thank you so much for everything you have done and are doing to help me. (Gives me a hug) Ginger: We love you. And I was the lady who was outside the studio when you did "The View." I was holding the Maltese dog when the limosine stopped. Genie: Was that you?!!!!! Ginger: Yes, it was! Ginger: I have met Tony and been to the studio twice. I just want you to know that we love you. So, that's it. I have a signed picture, a signed ring box, a snapshot of the two of us, and a great memeory of a lovely lady. I have sent Sue the snapshot. Maybe she can put it on the site. By the way, Genie's hair looks much shorter than it did in the wedding. Maybe she used hair extensions for that.
