That centaur in the beginning looks very evil, but somehow sounds very sincere when he's talking to Hera.
Lucy's hair was darkened for this role. Not as dark as Xena's, but much darker than Lysia's. And her hair is crimped, which is kinda cool. I love that purple "gypsy" dress she has on! Her hair is shorter in this one too, and she looks fantastic. One of the centaurs is played by the same actor who played Kryton in Hooves and Harlots. Lucy was fourth in the credits…Robert Trebor was first. When Lyla is watching Hercules during the first spear-chucking contest, her mouth is moving. What is she saying? It was just two predictable that Hercules spear would bisect the centaurs. Robin Hood's already done that! Check out those weird sandals Lyla has on! Lyla certainly isn't shy with Hercules! The scene where she tries to seduce him is very windy! Great line by Lyla, "Ahh, don't tell me you like to fall in love with someone before you go to bed with them." Lyla needs to learn how to pour wine. She spills it all over the table. For some reason, I didn't notice Lyla's eyes looking blue at all during this episode. They looked much closer to hazel. Wow…Lyla kisses just like Xena! Hee hee! I would be worried I'd pick up some of the poison from Hercules' mouth after kissing him like that. The blonde centaur, Derrick, is just a bit too crude for me. One moment, Hercules is staring into space like he's blonde, and the next moment, he's focusing on whomever he is talking to. Love Lyla's, "What do you think I am, stupid?" That's always a dangerous question to ask! Methinks Lucy is having a hard time running in those weird sandals. It's hysterical to see Lyla jump on the back of a centaur! Lyla is referred to as a "slut". That one chick in the cave that kept screaming and squealing got on my nerves in about a half a second. I really didn't get a lot out of this episode, except it was an early preview for Lucy playing the seductress role. Lyla will be back, in Outcast.
