Be Like Christ- In His Image

Do not comform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, so that you may be judge what is God's will, what is good, pleasing and perfect. Romans 12:1-2

• Your attitude must be that of Christ. Phil 2:5

• Use the faith you have as your rule of life in the sight of God. Happy the man whose conscience doesnot condemn what he has chosen to do! But if a man eats when his conscience has mis givings about eatting, he is already condemned, because he is not acting in accordance with one's belief is sinful. Romans 14:22-23
• We are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:18
• I will give you a new heart-I will give you new and right desires- and put a new spirit within you. I will take out our stony hearts of sin and give you new hearts of love. Ezekiel 36:26
• I have been crucified with Christ: and I myself no longer live, but Christ lives in me. And the real life I now have within this body is a result of my trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2;20
• The person who has been born into God's family does not make a practice of sinning because now God's life is in him; so he can't keep on sinning, for this new life has been born into him, and controls him- he has been born again. 1 John 3:9
• Now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. Romans 6:22
• As you send me into the world, I am sending them into the world, and I consecrate myself to meet their need of growth in truth and holiness. John 17:18-19
• God who began the good work within you will keep right on helping you grow in his grace until his task within you is finally finished on that day when Jesus Christ returns. Phil 1:6
• For as you know him better, he will give you, though his great power, everything you need for livng a truly good life,: he even share his own glory and his own goodness wiht us! 2 Peters 1:3
• Jesus said, if you hold to my teachings, you are my disciples. Than you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
