This is my Saturn, after someone broadsided me, on Monday, September 24th. In case you can't tell, it was totalled. I was very lucky - blessed - in that I only received bruises and some cuts. It's the only GM car I will ever have because of GMAC Financing's extremely poor customer service.
The only member of that department to call me back, a supervisor called Brenda Weaver, hung up on me when I was in mid-sentence explaining how I had come up with my pay-off amount. Her number is 1-800-675-9375, ext. 3542
I can also recommend you not buy from Reese Hillard's dealerships, particularly GM Mike Wilson's Saturn of Arlington, whose financial department's lack of customer care cost me almost another $100 in charges.
I can also recommend NOT getting the GM credit card, their customer service is as bad as the Dallas GMAC office and their accounting department has a habit of posting ontime payments late.

On the other hand, I highly recommend a Toyota Corolla. They have much better pickup, braking, and resale value than a Saturn and I bought mine from David O'Donnell at Garry McKinney in Fort Worth.
