Honeys 2 : Liberty 1
In the second inning, Meredith got a good hit, but it was directly at the first baseman and she was put out there. Monique and Emily each hit a double. Following a strike-out, Staci hit a single and got an RBI when Monique ran home. Unfortunately, the next batter struck-out, stranding Emily and Staci on base. We scored 1 run.
At the bottom of the inning, the 1st batter got a single. The 2nd struck out. The 3rd got a single. The 4th got a double and an RBI. The 5th got a single and two RBIs. The next two batters struck out.
Honeys 3 : Liberty 4
In the last inning, after a strik-out, Kira and Ferral both got singles. Katie C. hit into a fielders choice putting Ferral out at 2nd by the 2nd baseman. Crystal got a single and an RBI when Kira went home. Meredith, Monique, and Emily all hit singles in order. Monique and Emily both got RBIs. Erin hit into a fielders choice when Monique was put out by the catcher at home ending the game as time had expired. We scored 4, but only 2 runs were scored before the time expired. Liberty did not bat in the last inning.
