Many karate-ka are familiar with the term "traditional" when speaking of karate styles or systems but few understand what being a "traditionalist" means. A traditionalist is not how you perform but more about Why we learn Karate. A traditionalist tries to perfect themselves mentally, physically and spiritually for the purpose of personal growth and enlightenment. This helps you in life, school, home, in your community and in personal relationships with others. This Shiai series is a good start to test your resolve, sportmanship, your spirit and will identify areas to refine.
Each Shiai will have a grand champion and a Shiai Series Grand Champion will be based on an accumilation of points earned throughout the series.
