This web site exists to educate the public about inequities in the Texas Family Code and in Family Law practice. These problems allow and, in many cases, reward false representation of paternity and assessment of child support through fraud and perjury.
We campaign for changes in the Texas Family Code and in Family Law practice designed to
- Prevent future cases of false representation of paternity and the resulting child support fraud, and
- Encourage restitution where child support is being or has been collected as a result of fraud and perjury.
We endeavor to keep our members and the public informed about Texas legislative action which affects our areas of concern
- Bills introduced to the House and the Senate
- Committee hearings
We provide educational materials for
- Mothers
- Biological fathers
- Men paying child support
- Family Law attorneys
- Family Court judges
- Legislators
- General Public
We believe in the necessity
- Of child support
- Paid by the biological father
- Used by the mother only for the direct support of the child, with reports to the payer and the Court
- With absolute caps (percentage and dollar) to prevent excessive awards of child support
- Of child support enforcement which is logical and reasonable
- Of child support modification which is logical, reasonable, and inexpensive
- Of paternity testing in any case involving child support
- Required by the Court and by Family Law
- Except for
- Adopted children
- Children from a prior marriage
- For the child to know his or her biological (genetic) family medical history
- For restitution in any case of false representation of paternity and child support fraud
- Of avoiding and purging feelings of hate or revenge by all parties to the child support case
