Seven Layer Cookies
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup flaked coconut
6 ounces butterscotch bits
6 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Melt margarine and put in 13x9 pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over margarine. Spread flaked coconut over crumbs. Pour butterscotch bits over coconut. Pour chocolate chips over butterscotch bits. Sprinkle chopped nuts over all. Slowly pour sweetened condensed milk over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Banana Bread
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
2-1/3 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup nuts
Grease and lightly flour baking pan. Mix ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
Broccoli Stuff
4 pkgs. frozen broccoli florets
1 family sized Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 family sized Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 tablespoons of mayonaisse
1 large box Velveeta Cheese
3 cups crushed Ritz Crackers
Cook broccoli till soft. Drain broccoli. In same pan you cooked broccoli in, mix broccoli, soups,and mayonaisse. Lightly butter very, very large baking pan. Spread broccoli mixture into pan. Cut 1/2 thick squares of Velveeta cheese and cover top of broccoli mixture. Evenly sprinkle crushed crackers on top of cheese. Bake at 425 degrees until cheese gets bubbly.
Tater Tot Casserole
2 lbs. ground meat, browned and drained
1 family sized Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 family sized Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 large box Velveeta Cheese
1 large package of frozen Tater Tots
Mix both cans of soup into browned and drained ground meat. Spread meat mixture into a large baking pan. Cut Velveeta cheese into 1/2 inch thick squares and place to cover meat mixture. Arrange tater tots on top of cheese to cover all. Bake at 450 degrees until tater tots are browned.
