Once upon a time, there was a small town called Boyd, Texas. In this very small, hick town (no offense, I like hicks), there lived a wonderful little boy named Murry. This tall, musically precocious boy was admired and loved by all, oh, 15 people that lived there. And they were happy.
Every June in Boyd, the citizens there and those of neighboring towns all got together and had this great music festival shin-dig type thang. And the highlight of the whole day was Murry's singing/playing/dancing headlining performance. All the little girls were in love with him and all the fellas wanted to be just like him.

This year's festival was the best of all. Around noon, the twin midget girls did their juggling and tap-dance routine while whistling old laundry-detergent jingles. They were followed by the Siamese burping babies. Still a huge hit. The acts went on and on all after noon and into the night until it reached Murry's 10:30 P.M. slot. There was not an inch of spare space in that mosh pit, and the crowd was getting excited. Just as the anticipation reached it's peak and the girls were about to explode, the star took his place. As Murry struck his first chord, the mass of human in front of him came alive.
His set was fantastic- the most amazing musical experience anyone could possibly dream up (and you think the 97 shows are good NOW). Around the middle of his set, the teen idol peers through his sweat-drenched hair to see a portion of the pit completely still. It was too far away from him to see what was going on, but it was completely apparant that there was no movement. Just then, a surge of people jolted the stage and Murry's attention was jarred back to the show. By the time his set was over, he had completely forgotten about the whole ordeal.
When the show was over, every single girl in the audience between the ages of 9 and 40 ran up to meet their hero. After he charmed everyone of them and left them stunned with admiration, he continued into the woods to take care of a little business. There was a sudden flash of light and three aliens stood in front of him. They were very tall and pasty- er, alabaster- and watched Murry with their big green eyes. Scared the crap outa him, is what it did, but Mur kept his cool and waited for the visitors to say something...
