Blast From the Past

Pacey put his arm around Andie. They were sitting in the movie theather still, and poor Andie looked like she was going to cry.

"Andie?" he wispered," Would you liketo go back to our cabin?"

She nodded her head and they got up, and began to walk back to their cabin. On the way, they saw Dawson anjd Joey in the hall.

"Hey guys!" Dawson said.

"Whats wrong?" Joey asked them.

"We ran into my daddy and Tamara," Andie was able to say through her tears.

"Is everything okay?" Joey asked softly.

"He said he wasn't going to marry her anymore. I know thats exactly what I wanted..but now I feel like its all my fault," Andie began to cry harder, and Pacey looked and Dawson and Joey, and took her into their cabin.

Pacey sat down on the bed and pulled her on his lap. She began crying harder,. Pacey stroked her hair, and kissed her.

"Andie, its not your fault. Not at all. If your father and Tamara can't talk about something like this, and settle it, maybe they would be better off apart. I'm not saying they should be apart, but from what happened, I think their future together is bleek," Pacey told her.

"Will it all be okay?" Andie asked him.

Pacey sighed and said," I'm not a psychic, and I have no clue what will happen with your father and Tamara. But, do know that we will be happy healthy and more in love than ever, right?" He asked her, repeating the promise they had made a few years ago.

Andie nodded and said,"Thank you so much for evrything you've ever done for me. I don't know what I would do without you."

Pacey smiled and hugged her. Everything would be alright.

The next morning Pacey and Andie woke up, and looked at each other and smiled. They remebered last night and hugged. Both were happy to be together, and before they went to sleep, decided to get married as soon as they could.

"Andie, sweetheart?" Pacey asked.

"Yeah?"

"Can we please just stay in the cabin for today? Everytime we go out something unfortunate always happens. This trip was supposed to be a romantic cruise for the two of us to share, instead everytime I turn around the unspeakable happens. So today, can we just stay in?" Pacey begged her.

"What are we going to do, then, Pacey?" Anide asked.

"Well....Dumbo's on today," he smiled and they both laughed. Andie and Pace's favorite movie was Dumbo.

"That sounds great," Andie said, and they laid on the bed together to watch Dumbo.

Halfway through the movie there was a knock on the door. Andie got up and opene it. Her father was standing there.

"Daddy..what are you doing here?" she asked him.

"I just wanted to tell you Tamara and I had a long disscussion last night. We analyzeed our relationship and the importance of it. While I was with her, I realized there was so much she had kept from me. If she can't be opened,m I can't be with her. I uh, just thought you'd like to know that Andie," her father said and turned around about to leave.

The door was still opened when he turned back and said," and by the way, I really think its great you found your true love and you are marrying. I don't know if you'll belive me, but thats the truth."

Andie smiled and closed the door, as he walked away.
