Break-away. By metes and bounds, Wednesday 8 April 1998 a.d.
1. BEGINNING at the southwest corner of Culberson and Nogalitos Streets and proceeding southwesterly along the west edge of Nogalitos Street to the southwest corner point of the intersection of Nogalitos and Zarzamora Streets.
2. From that point south along the west edge of Zarzamora Street to the southwest corner point of Zarzamora and West Pyron Streets.
3. Thereafter east in direction along the south edge of West Pyron Street to the boundary of the S.S.A.I.S.D. to form a corner mid point between Lardner and Lenard Street (along the south edge of West Pyron Street).
4. Thence, from that corner point directly south (with S.S.A.I.S.D. boundary) to a corner point aligned to the south edge of Beverly Ann Street (with S.S.A.I.S.D. boundary).
5. Thereafter directly east to a corner point at the end of Janice Gail Street (with S.S.A.I.S.D. boundary).
6. Thence, directly south (with S.S.A.I.S.D. boundary) to a corner point on the north of the right-of-way for Interstate Highway 410.
7. Thereafter (with S.S.A.I.S.D. boundary) west along the north edge of the IH-410 right of way to a corner point on the west edge of the right-of-way of the Poteet-Jourdanton Freeway.
8. North from that corner point (with S.S.A.I.S.D. boundary) along the west edge of the Poteet-Jourdanton right-of-way to a corner point of the west edge of Palo Alto Road then northerly to a mid point between the alignment of Coconino Drive and of Vincent Street (with S.S.A.I.S.D. boundary).
9. From that corner point, the boundary continues northwesterly (with S.S.A.I.S.D. boundary) parallel to Vincent Street and creates a corner point aligned with the centerline of Bynum Avenue, (that avenue, intersecting S.W. Military Drive, located north of this point).
10. From that corner point, proceeding southerly, aligned with the centerline of Bynum Avenue, to a corner point on the southern edge of the right-of-way of Interstate Highway 410.
11. From that corner point, westerly along the southern edge of the right-of-way of IH-410, to then proceed southwesterly along the east edge right-of-way of Interstate Highway 35, (here, previously City of San Antonio boundary limits) to Von Ormy end-of-limts and back proceeding northeasterly along the western edge of IH-35 to rejoin the southwest edge of Loop 410 then proceed northwesterly along the southwest edge of Loop 410 to a corner point on the north edge of the right-of-way of the former Southern Pacific tracks.
12. From that corner point, northeasterly, along the north edge of the S.P. tracks, to a corner point 1/4 of a mile from Leon Creek.
13. Thence, northward along a line 1/4 of a mile west of Leon Creek to a boundary corner aligned with the centerline of Ray Ellison Drive (that drive street located west of this corner point).
14. Then westerly along the centerline alignment of Ray Ellison Drive to a corner point on the east edge of Old Pearsall Road.
15. From that corner, southwesterly along the east edge of Old Pearsall Road (with S.S.A.I.S.D. boundary) to a corner point at the north edge of Indian Creek.
16. Thence westerly to a point aligned with a line extended from the west edge, of the longest stretch, of Palm Valley Drive (that drive street being located north of this corner point).
17. That point being the same with the southwest-most-point of S.S.A.I.S.D. boundaries; from there northerly to a corner point 100 feet north of the northeast corner of the intersection of Tinker Drive and Andrews Avenue (with S.S.A.I.S.D. boundary).
18. Then northeasterly to join across the south edge of Pucket Avenue and continue in a straight line to a corner point on the eastern edge of Leon Creek.
19. Then southerly along the eastern edge of Leon Creek to a corner point on the north side of the bridge over Leon Creek (in vicinity of Mulberry Road and 8th Street).
20. Then northerly, aligned with the west edge of Jefferson Drive (that drive street located to the north of this line)(with S.S.A.I.S.D. boundary) to a corner point aligned with the north edge of Wilcox Avenue (that avenue located to the east of this point).
21. Then east to a corner point aligned with the east edge of Lincoln Drive (that drive street located north of this point).
22. Then northerly along a line aligned with the east edge of Lincoln Drive; north to a point aligned with the north edge of Centennial Street (that street being located to the east of this point).
23. Then east along that alignment, of the north edge of Centennial Street, to a corner point aligned with the west edge of Gen. McMulen/Foulois Street (that street edge located north of this point).
24. North along that alignment, of the west edge of Gen. McMullen/Foulois Street, to the north edge of Billy Mitchell Road.
25. From that corner point east, along the north edge of Billy Mitchell Road, to a corner point along the west edge of the right-of-way of the former Southern Pacific tracks.
26. Thence, northeasterly, along the west edge of the railroad right-of-way to a corner point on the north edge of the right-of-way of Frio City Road.
27. From that corner point, northeasterly along the north edge of the Frio City Road right-of-way, to the northwest corner of the intersection of Frio City Road and Zaramora Street.
28. South, along the west edge of Zarzamora Street to a corner point on the south edge of Culberson.
29. Then east, along the south edge of Culberson to the BEGINNING POINT at the southwest corner of Culberson and Nogalitos.
