Thanks to the little old ladies/"Libraians out of Little Rock", I have my own car bumper sticker. What a hoot! Folks, don't write me again and accuse me of being a Liberal or a Libertarian just because of this bumper sticker. It's all in fun, ok? Just a silly poke at Ken Starr who has requested sales slips from bookstores, a mother to snitch on mother-daughter talk (which is more sacred than a priest hearing confessionals) and thinks keeping Susan MacDougal in jail is good for this country and his Investigation.
Now, if I can just get down the red-neck streets of Houston without getting shot at after I put this sticker in my car window today, that will be the real test. I can guarantee cars and trucks and Ford Explorers and Jeeps (as well as Truckers) will be pulling up along side of me, and catching a look. Better wear my cowboy hat, have the sunroof open and sunglasses on...look cool, cause after all "I Slept With KENNETH STARR". OH boy, This is gonna be fun!

Yesterday was the Anniversay of the death of Vicki, a dear Reader's daughter. The following Letter is from her mother, Ginger, a friend I met on the Internet, in a Chat Room, over a year ago. We have emailed and ICQ'D many times. Her daughter was killed by a drunk driver. I asked her one day to tell me about Vicki, and she sent this beautiful letter. Today, I want to share it with you and ask you, Please don't drink and drive. Thank you, editor.
She was a Senior in High School with just 1 month to graduate. The schoolboard wanted her to do Video Work, Broadcasting, etc. She got her paycheck when the teachers did.
She had planned on going into Broadcast Journalism. Vicki was deeply spritiual and a Born Again Christian. Shortly before her death a class assignment in Psychology was to write an epitaph for themselves. Hers was "Don't Cry for Me, for I am saved". She also included some Bible verses. I used this and designed her tombstone.
She never had a bad word to say about anyone, but found good in all people and helped people find the good within themselves.
She helped prevent a few girls from commiting suicide..even at the risk of getting in trouble cutting school and stayed with them in difficult times.
She was President of Student council. Her scholarship was donated to her church for a piano.
She was active in many phases of school life and voted the Girl with the most school spirit.
She was the youngest of my 4 children.
Thanks.
Ginger
