The Miss Southeast Texas Scholarship Pageant is an official local preliminary pageant to the Miss Texas and the Miss America Scholarship Pageant. The next pageant will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2000 in the Heinen Theater (Houston Community College-Downtown Campus) at 6:30.
