As far as billets go, the Air Force has been working on getting its personnel into one or two-man rooms with private or two-rooms sharing a bath for years. The Army has only recently said it's goal will be the same as the Air Force currently has BUT has also said that it will be a while before this is achieved. The Army will probably take twenty years to achieve that goal IF something else does not come along first.
