Pepperocini Italian Beef- Crockpot

3-4 lb roast (whatever is on-sale) 6-8 cloves of garlic (sliced lengthwise) 1 16oz jar Mezzetta sliced Pepperocinis 1 crockpot Place the beef roast in the crockpot and poke deep holes into the meat. Slip the Slices of Garlic into the holes. Drizzle the entire contents of the pepperocini over the roast, include the juice. Set on Low for 8 hours. Enjoy on Hoagie Rolls with provolone cheese, or slap into a flour tortilla and roll up. Your preference, Your Kitchen! :o) Amy Marie
