Ronny's graduation from Brite Divinity at TCU was a special day for us. It was so great to see him complete his long years of preparation. Then, it was on to the ordination. That turned out to be a memorable evening. Ronny has a wonderful youth ministry in addition to being an associate minister. He has touched many hearts in profound ways during his first three years as an ordained minister.
When Kevin returned home after being called back into active service during Operation Desert Storm, it was indeed a happy day for our family. He was fortunate in the fact that the war ended just as his unit was boarding their plane in Germany headed for Saudi Arabia. It was a tense time for our country, those who served, and those of us who waited anxiously at home, not knowing the welfare of our loved ones. Upon Kevin's arrival, about 60 people (family, friends, and complete strangers) filled our little airport as everyone gathered to welcome Kevin HOME! He arrived exhausted after not having any "real" food or sleep in three days. Then, his luggage was LOST! The irony of it all is funny now, but it wasn't at the time! Today, Kevin is living and working in the Dallas area, but he remains willing to serve his country if needed.

Jason is our family computer whiz. He has his own company designing web sites, MILLENNIUM PRODUCTIONS, and teaches classes to help others learn about life on the Internet. Being an accomplished photographer, he has captured beautiful sunsets (like the one below). Currently, he is taking photos for the University of North Texas from their Observatory.
Our one and only daughter, Victoria, is an accomplished artist. She won her first award in the First Grade for a composition entitled, "Looking Out My Window." Her insightful, artisic nature was evident from an early age. See our Christmas page to view some of her projects. After having three precious sons, it was such a "special treat" to have a daughter.
We have been blessed with more than our share of happy days. Two of those special days are featured below. Burl was chosen Beta Sigma Phi's Man of the Year. Carol won a media award for journalism from the Mental Health Association.
