Here is a picture of men who attended the ceremony at Wooloroc naming Frank Phillips an honorary Chief. My Great Grandfather, Franklin N. Revard is in the center of the the third row. In the first row, Baconrind is second from the left, to his right is Principal Chief Fred Lookout and to his right is Frank Phillips. Francis Revard is to the left of my Great Grandfather on the fourth row and Charles Brown is by himself on the fifth row to the right of my Great Grandfather.
