The Poetry Truck Tour, April 28, 2001,
part of the Seattle Poetry Festival
being held through May 6.
This is me on Capitol Hill,
reading "What I Want to Do Today"
(Bourgeois Manifesto).
Fitting, as we were right next to
a table of Socialist Activists.
To my right is a member of Labyrinth,
a group of poets out Vienna,
Austria, who are here in town
for The Seattle Poetry Festival.
Here I am at The Seattle Center,
as we're getting ready to start
The Poetry Truck Tour,
part of The Seattle Poetry Festival.
On the left is Chris Bynum,
one of the poets on the Tour;
on the right is Danika Dinsmore,
Executive Director of
Eleventh Hour Productions,
which produces The Seattle Poetry Slam,
The Seattle Poetry Festival,
as well as producing The National Poetry Slam,
Which Seattle will host this year.
