Somewhere in Texas in the late 1890's, a small group of gold miners are about to face an evil that has roamed the Earth for over 300 years. It begins with the arrival of Elizabeth and her servant at the local whorehouse. At first all seems normal, but it soon becomes apparant that something is terribly wrong. One by one people begin to disappear without a trace leaving all of thier belongings behind. As thier numbers dwindle, the remaining miners must band together to fight for thier very lives against a vampire that wants more than just their blood.
