You will need at least 22 feet of 24" wide wire to make this cage. That includes 4 sides that are 24" wide x 48" high, a top & bottom that are 24" x 24", a door measuring 12" wide x 24" tall, and two shelves measuring 6" wide x 24" long. You need shelves to make the cage stable, they should be placed at different levels and on different sides. If you want more than two shelves, add 6" per shelf to the total 22 feet. If you want a wider door, add another 6". If you want to be safe and have a little room to experiment, I would recommend getting 25 feet of 24" wide wire.
