Driver Bio - I started racing a Super Street ‘66 Chevelle backhalf car with a bbc in 1993. From that first race making it to the final round, I was hooked! ` I moved to Super Gas with a bbc ’68 Camaro tube chassis car. Wanting to go faster my next move was Super Comp where I raced a ’66 Chevelle tube chassis car. Around ’98 I traded that car for a Spitzer R.E.D. and ran Super Comp and Quick 8 until 2000. That year my life changed, I accepted Jesus in to my heart, and it wasn’t long my priorities changed. In 2004 they moved to Sunday races, so naturally I moved to Friday racing with Texas True Ten 5 and ran a ‘84 sbc Camaro with 1100hp on nitrous. That car ran a 5.59 on stock suspension and 9 inch radials. One Friday in Denton I saw the Blown Fuel Altered cars that I always admired and with the help of Howard Ferris of Ferris Racing Engines, I began building the Rapture 23T. With tuning help from Ricky Parks the car at last came together. Driving the Rapture 23-T is a serious rush!
