Created and maintained Perl test harness for dynamically
running over 300 test and verification scripts, including: functional, user interface, regression, smoke,
stress, integration, and performance tests. Used by the entire test team.

Created a configurable network load and traffic simulator
to test product stability over long periods of time. Also created various OS
and Network monitors to capture and graphically/statistically present test
results.

Created a Java SMTP mail server sink to capture statistics
on incoming test e-mails.

Created JUnit/XML tests that exercised the Responsys
Interact Java API.

Redesigned and maintained build scripts to automate CVS
source code tagging, checkout, build and release.

Created the "Judgment in a Criminal Case"
database application. This allowed
clerks and judges to create, review and update clients' Judgment in a Criminal
Case forms from any web browser within the Federal Judiciary Intranet.

Created several custom Perl/CGI programs and web‑based
database interfaces, including an In/Out Board with email capabilities, a staff
telephone directory, and a series of 70 UNIFY queries and reports.
·
Created an inventory database combining WinNT, IIS,
Access97, ASP, Palm Pilots, and Pen Dragon Forms. This database served the
entire district of New Mexico Judiciary Procurement.

Created web presence and established cross-links with
other websites and major search engines.

Simplified medical insurance claims processing using
digital media.
Accomplishments:

Created a collection of programs to upload and process
