In order to process your
project, We would require the following:-
*PRELIMINARY UNDERWRITING REQUIREMENTS

Exactly what are the Projects, in which Country are they located and exactly where is the Project to be located (please give as full as summary as possible with full details broken down into exactly what client is going to do with the funding?
(Is planning permission granted, if needed?)

How much funding is required?
(3)
What security is being offered with exact figures;- Land / Stock & Machinery / Buildings or
Bank Guarantees?

If Company has debts and needs restructuring and wishes to acquire new projects please let us have a full breakdown of what is involved and what the Company intends to do. (if Company has any court orders please give full details)

Details of Companies history and there Directors with as much information as possible.
(6)
How will Company fund loan?
(7)
Have they approached anybody else and what was the result (full details
are required)
(8)
Are Accounts audited and available for the last 3 years?
(9)
Are details available of Loans mortgages Debts Leasing etc.? (Are there recent valuation reports available?)
(10)
Are Architects drawings and plans and maps plus photographs available?
(11)
Full CVs of every body who is applying for funding
(12)
Would any of the Projects be suitable on humanitarian grounds? (If so, please explain
how you think the Project qualifies as we have Lenders who are interested in lending on
this basis)
It is for this reason that we need every borrower to let us have the replies to questions 1 to 12
in full to
see if the borrowers Projects can be funded.
All requests for funding from borrowers have to let our agent have the above information in full so that we don't waste any time, and that we can get to borrowers a quick reply to there request for Project Funding.
Kindly take note that if we accept the project then there will be a processing
fee which are involved and we will expect these processing fee before we start work on the understanding that we have a Lender interested who is willing to give an offer in principle subject to the usual conditions.
I suggest in the first instance let us have the information requested by E-.mail to our agents and that once our agent will forward to us and when there is a Lender who is interested during our board meeting then we will request all paperwork in hard copy.
Once we have received your replies we will be in a better position to inform the borrower further.
