A-Kon 20
This one was a blast. The theme this time around is Koihime Musou, and it was a challenge for every artist due to the complicated outfits everyone in the anime wears. Because of this, I went mostly with the artists that I knew could do the job, and there's only one new one this time around. Still, despite everything everyone did a wonderful job.
A-Kon is really improving, because I only got one idea this time for SAFG (did you see the comics in the bag of swag handed out Friday? Most of them were older than the con itself!)
Koihime Musou is another unlicensed anime at this time. It's loosely based on Romance of the Three Kingdoms (like Ikkitousen.) In this anime, Kan'u Uncho is an orphaned girl that had her village burned to the ground by bandits. She swears to eradicate all bandits from China during the three kingdoms era. It has lots of action, lots of comedy, and some ecchi as well.
