Chibi Meppy by Ben Dunn
An artist doing a character from his own series usually turns out extremely well, and Ben shows us again why he's the Godfather of American Manga. Meppy herself scares me somewhat; this is a very powerful and psycho cat babe. (Wouldn't it be ironic if she ended up with the mental institution babes NHS #132?)
