Yes, she's supposed to look this way. Mrs. Face is the fourtysomething wife of Governor Face in the story. She has had every type of plastic surgery known to man performed upon her, just like her husband. She wears a hat everywhere to prevent people from seeing her gray roots. As her name implies, she is all face and no substance. Several artists turned down doing this character, but Jonathan really came through with things. Mrs. Face will appear in a story about trying to find forgiveness for an accident, where none is found.
