Angry Kawaii Girl is another semi-recurring character in Secret Agent Fangirl. She'll be so cute it will make you want to puke. However, her personality is very bitter, cynical, and she has a hard time trusting people over 18. She constantly refers to our heroine as an obatarian, a Japanese slang word that means "cranky old woman." Josh did a great job here, and the uzi was a nice touch.
