Kiyoh Ritona by Reika Fujino

I've seen this character's first name transliterated as Kyou as well, but this is what he official version says. You also may see her last name as Bachika, but that is her maiden name. She marries Dayakka and has a child. It's easy to understand why Dayakka wanted her.
Fujino-san appears to be from Japan and came all the way to Houston for this convention. (I'm sure that cost her a lot of money.)
