Inspector Widgett by niseno
When I got this, I looked at it a bit uneasily. "Uh... Wigett has red hair" I told her. (I had given her color references to the character.) She said something like "That's how I depict red hair in black and white." This kind of makes her look like the Baroness from G.I. Joe though. Still, the artwork is infinitely better than anything I can do.
