Adrianna by Austin "Redbeard" Rogers
Redbeard is better known for American style. At the con, they had a mixture of western style and anime artists. The primary reference I had for him was a picture from the scene where Adrianna was drinking excessively, hence the alcohol in her hands. She's also a klutz, hence the destroyed sand castle.
