Taishi Ichimiya by E.K. Weaver
Taishi is a second in command of the office. In his debut scene, he is asked to show Lucy around. He introduces himself and announces that he's supposed to show them around. Then he says "Well... I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!" Taishi also suffers constant bullying by his younger sister as well. E.K. is well known for doing bishi guys, and this one is no exception.
