Selvira Bles by Bruce Lewis
Bruce was the best bishoujo artist at the convention (okay, he was the only artist at the convention that did mostly bishoujo women) so I gave him the most complicated female costume. He did a very nice job with it as well. She is the ill-fated main bad girl of the game and anime.
