In Memory of Regina Hosford

Regina

I adopted this angel in memory of my grandmother Regina Hosford.

She was a very loving and caring woman that never met a person she didn't like. She could easily make me laugh and was always fun to be with.

As long as I can remember, she always needed some kind of assistance getting around. First it was a cane, then a walker and in her last days, a wheelchair. But, I tried to give her any assitance I could even as it got harder and harder for her to get around.

She used to collect "Family Circus", "Garfield" and "Marmaduke" cartoons. When my mother cleaned out grandmother's house she found boxes of them clipped out and stowed away. My aunt Barb was given a whole box of them for her birthday. What a great way to remember a great woman!

She always wore bright colored clothing and I can't remember anyone that wore black to her funeral.

She made a lasting impression on me because she was a solid christian woman. Her faith in God was very strong and evident in her life. She even wanted memorials sent to Holy Family Catholic School in Seattle, Washington. She wanted this done because education and the love for our heavanly father were important things that she wanted instilled in everyone in her life.

She will be missed here on earth, but there is not a member of her family that can say there is any doubt whether she is with her heavanly father at this moment.
