A Day to Remember:
February 15, 1998

This wonderful day started out with me taking a shower and putting my hair up in curlers at about 2 A.M., as I had no idea how long it would take my hair to dry, then trying to get some sleep. I don't remember what time I got up. My mother made some pancakes for breakfast and we lounged around for a bit. My parents and I packed everything to go to the old historic home that Tim and I were to be married in.

We were on the doorstep by noon and for the next hour the group worked diligently trying to get almost everything done before Tim showed up. The house was beautiful! I was already upstairs when Tim arrived, so there were no close calls. Then my father decided he needed one last run thru. Tim was ushered outside and we did the "walk thru." My hair was still in those curlers at 1 p.m. and it BETTER have been dry by then. I went back upstairs and my brother's girlfriend cheak each curl as I took my hair down and curl the end if it needed it. I was not only anxious for the wedding but also in a panic as one of my bridesmaid was not there 10 minutes before the wedding. I was finally ready and she comes rushing in. The pastor came up to see what time it was on "bride standard time," I told him about 10 minutes 'til wedding. Somewhere along the line my brother-in-law, the photographer, came up and took a few pics.
