IRENE HODGES DEAN, died in 1933 at her home in
Ranger after a long illness. The decedent was born in
Falls County, TX on March 24, 1877, the daughter of the
late Mr. & Mrs. W.R. Hodges. She was married to S.J. Dean
in Ranger in 1900. She had been a resident of Ranger
for 42 years. She had two children; Charles T. Dean
(RHS-1923) and Sue Dean; one sister, Mrs L.L. Neal;
four brothers, R.A. Hodges, R.V. Hodges, Dr. R.H. Hodges,
and Dr. W. Ross Hodges. Michael Dean (RHS-1956) was her
grandson.
