CHARLIE PRICE COOPER, 55, passed away on July 6,
1962 in Kilgore, TX, with burial there in the
Kilgore City Cemetery. He was born on Arpil 15,
1907 in Ranger, TX to Vespasian V. and Nancy
Riddle Cooper. Charlie attended Ranger High
School in the Class of 1927 and married Esther
