DAVID FREDERICK "DAVE" LAWSON, 37, died of an
auto accident on Feb. 14, 1946 in Sterling City,
TX of an auto accident, with burial in Evergreen
Cemetery at Ranger, TX. He was born on Oct. 29,
1908 in Stephenville, TX to Winfield and Linnie
King Lawson. David attended Ranger High School
in the Class of 1927/1928 and served in the U.S.
Marine Corps. He married Doris Barnes who died
in 1989. Their daughter was Mary Lawson. His
siblings were Mayme Lawson and Doy A. Lawson
(RHS-1926).
