VALETTA LOUISE "LETTY LOU" SIMMONS 
McKINNEY WOOD, 88, passed away on Nov. 8,
2006 in Albuquerque, NM, with burial in Menaul. 

She was born on Aug. 9, 1918 in Los Angeles, CA to 
Charles P. & Vera Clipper Simmons.  Letty attended 
Ranger High School in the Class of 1934 at Ranger,
TX and married John W. McKinney (RHS-1933).  Later
she married Edwin F. Wood who died in 1994.  Her
daughter was Linda McKinney Quist. (RHS-1957). 
Patricia Simmons was her sister.
