Ranger Exes Memorial - RHS Class of 1936

MAURICE L. AGNEW, 73, was born Feb. 16, 1916 and 
was in the Ranger High School Class of 1936 at
Ranger, TX.  He was on the Football Championship
Team of 1934 (No. 33, Halfback). He played in the
first Sun Bowl game in El Paso, TX in 1935 & attended
the 50th Anniversary Sun Bowl Reunion in 1985. He was
married to Evelyn White (RHS-1937) and they lived in 
Harlingen, TX, where she continues to live.  He died
on June 19, 1989.
