DELUIA LEE JAY BLAIR, 88, died on Sept. 27, 2006 
Riverside, CA with burial at Cottonwood Cemetery.  
She was born on June 19, 1918 in Ranger, TX to Lee
Roy & Bessie Carnes Jay.  She attended Ranger High 
School in the Class of 1936. Her married name was 
Blair. Her siblings were Odell Jay Blaylock (RHS-
1936), Elizabeth Jay Waynich (RHS-1937), Lee Roy
Jay (RHS-1941) & James Wesley Jay. Other siblings
are Una Joan Jay & Carlon B. Jay.
