ZELMA MAE ROBINSON HUFF HUNT, 91, passed
away Oct. 21, 2014, with burial at Macomb Cemetery
in Whitesboro, TX.
She was born to Ben & Valera Robinson on Oct. 19,
1923 in Ranger, TX. She attended Ranger High School
in the Class of 1940. She married Bob Hunt (RHS-1940)
in April of 2005 in Galveston, TX. She was Secretary
of Dean of Women Education at the University of Texas
in Austin. Zelma enjoyed traveling and loved serving
her Lord and church. She was of the Baptist faith.
At the time of her death, she was survived by her
husband, Bob Hunt of Houston, TX; son, James Kenneth
Huff, Jr. and wife, Ginny of Austin; daughter, Cathy
Huff Sanders of Austin; 3 grandchildren, Holly May
and husband, Aaron, Brooke McVey and husband James,
and Mark Huff & wife, Melisty; 8 great-grandchildren;
sister, Josephine Robinson Christi (RHS-1939) of
South Carolina & brother-in-law, Dr. Gene Huff and
wife, Gwen &d their family of Whitesboro, along with
other Huff relatives in the Whitesboro area.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Kenneth
Huff, Sr. after 50 years of marriage and sister, Ann
Robinson, as well as, 2 brothers, Gill & Stan Robinson.
